Hotel in zona TerraUrbana Pinturas, Santo Domingo Este

Ho deciso di trascorrere una notte in capitale per poterla visitare meglio e la scelta dell Hotel non poteva essere migliore. In quello che era originariamente un hostello ora è un bellissimo hotel nel quale si respira tutta la storia deĺa capitale. Personale attento e cordiale, spazi curati nei minimi particolari hanno reso questo breve soggiorno molto piacevole. Ottima la cucina, abbiamo infatti cenato nel ristorante dell hotel delle buonissime portate. Esperienza consigliata

Stayed here as part of a medical service trip to the DR so we had 6 rooms for one night each at the beginning and end of the trip. We were welcomed with a warmth that is typical for the DR but there were a couple of problems on initial check in. Note that, like many hotels, not all rooms have two double beds and this was an issue for us, since our volunteers share rooms. This took some time and resulted in four of us being walked to another, nearby Hodelpa. Note that, even if you reserve a specific type of room, it pays to double check availability if this is important. There is a small, well managed parking lot at the hotel but the emphasis is on small. If you arrive by car, as we did, they will take your keys so they can move cars in and out of the tight space. There is a pay to park parking lot a couple of blocks away should the hotel spaces be full. The cost for this is nominal. Reception is airy and comfortable, with places for people to sit whilst other members check in. Once checked in, the rooms are accessed via a stairwell or a tiny elevator that reminds me of those one finds in Parisian hotels of a certain age. No room for more than 3 people, fewer with luggage. Also, the stairs seem to finish on the third floor despite there being rooms on the 4th! When you reach the top of the stairs on the third floor, you need to turn right, and double back on your self to find the stairs that lead to the 4th. Trust me, this is not intuitive! The rooms are functional but clean and comfortable. The bed in which I slept allowed for a great night's sleep and all was quiet which is a boon in SD which can be someone noisy especially in the evenings. I am not sure all rooms would be similarly quiet, but the street on which the hotel sits is relatively peaceful despite its proximity to the colonial center. Breakfast is provided and was excellent indeed. Plenty of choice and well staffed. There is a small patio area outside which is the pick of the available places to eat breakfast I reckon. Good choice of hot and cold foods were offered. Upon check out we were charged for eating a packet of ”Cheese-Its” from the room, which we had not consumed. One of the most annoying things in a hotel is having to argue you had NOT done something, especially taking things from the minibar, which I almost never do due to the high price of said items. I hate it when hotels make these phantom charges and, frankly, it happens about 30-40% of the time in hotels and necessitates an argument where one has to prove oneself innocent. Tiresome, even if it is only a few dollars each time. However, I would stay here again, it is a great base for the colonial center and very good value too.

Un hotel relativamente nuovo e recentemente ristrutturato nella zona coloniale di Santo Domingo, facile accesso all'autostrada dell'aeroporto (passeggiare fino a SDQ circa $25 con Uber), passeggiata al terminal di traghetto San Juan (Caraibi) (se viaggiate con luce). 3 minuti a piedi a Plaza Colon, tutto il resto vale la pena vedere (e c'è molto) in questa zona storica molto impressionante è a pochi passi (ovunque si guarda, riparazioni, strade e passeggiate aggiornate, nuovi posti freschi, ecc, ecc, ecc, Questa parte della città si trova meglio a ogni visita.) La colazione è servita sulla terrazza del tetto sopra la parte più vecchia del complesso, l'edificio addizionale molto più recente ha un bar di tetto aperto a volte tardi pomeriggio/sera. Ho soggiornato nella parte più vecchia (le camere con balconi), capisco che le camere nella parte più recente (nessun balconi) potrebbero essere un po 'più confortevole, cioè , spazioso, considerate che se si sta condividendo la stanza con uno o due altri. Tutto collegato, compresi i tetti, potrebbe anche essere lo stesso edificio una volta dentro. Servizio piacevole ed efficiente, nessuna AC o acqua. La colazione è limitata e niente è davvero delizioso, quindi se il colazione è un pazzo, considerare altre opzioni o mangiare fuori. Ci sono buone scelte alimentari in ogni direzione. Lo stesso per la vita notturna, molto da fare e vedere tutto in una distanza di cammino sicuro. Sto prenotando di nuovo qui.

Ottimo servizio Personale super disponibile Camere spaziose con letto matrimoniale, super pulite. Al check in forniscono ai clienti un kit anti COVID (Mascherina + Disinfettante mani). Menù contactless sia per la colazione che per il ristorante. Check out tra le 12:00 e le 13:00 è comodo ma questo significa che rifanno le stanze alle 15:00 e se volete riposare a quell’ora diventa un po’ scomodo. Wi-Fi che copre senza problemi ogni angolo della struttura. Disponibili postazioni internet con pc e stampanti. Nei pressi della struttura c’è un autonoleggio, un parrucchiere, un negozio d’abbigliamento da Donna e l’immancabile casinò. Situato nella zona del lungomare risulta un po’ distante dal centro. Occhio ai prezzi del ristorante (più caro rispetto a quelli che potete trovare girando per Santo Domingo) anche se la qualità del cibo è molto buona.

객실이 뭔가 잘 정리된느낌. 수압이 엄청세서 제대로 샤워한 느낌. 주차장에서 객실까지 이동동선이 매우 가까워서 좋음. 주차관리원이 항상대기하여 주차를 도와줌. 무엇보다 가격이 저렴함

Questo è un ottimo hotel e colazione?

Greatest hotel experience in Santo Domingo. Good vibes starts from the check in with Jacinto and Jarlin which receive people with a nice welcome smile and kindness, they were very helpful with my requests. Breakfast area with all guys is amazing: Jessica, Franger, Henger, Rafaela, Julio Cesar, etc treat guest with a unique behavior. They really know the definition of customer care and service! And what about dinner at the restaurante,?Ramon and Luis give the best attention to customers, they are very kind and amazing person. STUNNING STAFF!!!
