Disappointed at the attitude of the chef. He served me a burger that was cooked on the outside but raw on the inside. I wasn’t sure at first if this was simply a “rare” burger, despite not being asked how I wanted it cooked. Ate around it , left the rest. Tested the waiter and he confirmed from the kitchen that what I left was undercooked. But because I didn’t complain they insisted I pay full price. So, the lesson here is that the chef is capable of serving undercooked food but quality control is up to you. We won’t be going back, nor will we stay at this particular Paradores on principle.
