Hotel in zona Sargadelos, Santiago

Un bellissimo albergo al lato della cattedrale e nonostante questo è silenzioso. Nessun rumore ha molestato la nostra permanenza in struttura. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Non abbiamo provato la colazione, la prossima volta la proveremo! Unica pecca non essendoci l'ascensore per chi ha poca mobilità può essere difficoltoso raggiungere i piani.

Ci ha costretto a comunicare per sapere quando ci hanno mandato il codice per entrare, e questo ci ha fatto nervosi perché siamo arrivati dopo mezzanotte. Finalmente l'hanno mandato, ma era sbagliato. Fortunatamente c'è un telefono alla porta e in un secondo l'hanno risolto. C'è un parcheggio a pochi chilometri. Molto vicino al centro e la cattedrale. Ci sono molto comodo, moderno, ci ha toccato quella di disabili in PB Non ha aria condizionata, solo riscaldamento, come abbiamo fatto a marzo non notiamo la mancanza, forse l'estate si sente. Non abbiamo preso colazione. Letti molto comodi, buon wifi, senza pavo ma hanno macchina da caffè pagato in sala. Eravamo solo una notte, era molto buono.

Hotel is in a great location and near all the main tourist areas, and also shops, bars and restaurants. I was very disappointed about the staff at the hotel. On check-in, after waiting about 10 minutes as the receptionist typed on her computer, we eventually got our room keys. Staff were not very welcoming and did not tell us anything about the hotel, facilities, breakfast room or the Pool. When we got to the room, we found that we didnt have a bath-tub (which was why I booked that room), no robe and no slippers. Mini-bar was empty with a sign saying it was closed due to Covid safety. I have no idea what Covid safety has to do with it. No other hotel I was in in Spain has had excuse. Also, no water in the room. No sanitisers in the room either. When I called reception to enquire, she said she would send water up, and then we had to sign to pay 4 Euro for the bottle. Terrible service, how can a hotel not provide water to their guest. This is coming from an expensive 5 star hotel. On checkout it was as bad, but I couldnt wait to leave then. Checkout person had a phone to his ear the whole time, took our key cards, and the continued his call. No receipt, no 'goodbye', nothing. The room itself was very nice, but the sound proofing is absolutely awful. All we could hear each morning was the noise of doors banging, hoovers and we could even hear snoring from the room beside us. So you had no choice but to wake up early with all the noise. Also the air-con is terrible, we left it on the whole time, and the room was still very warm. It was only about 20 degrees outside, so I would hate to stay here in the miiddle of Summer. Total let down of a hotel, I would avoid it. I think alot of 5 star hotels have gotten lazy during Covid, but have no problem charging top prices.

Eravamo un gruppo di 16 pellegrini che camminava sul Camino portoghese. Finiremo il Camino in questo ostello per la sua tranquillità. È su una collina che potrebbe essere dura per i pellegrini feriti, ma vale la pena. Abbiamo avuto un incontro in cortile per arrampicarci il Camino. Era bello. Avevamo una stanza sola che viene con un bacino. C'è un mercato in fondo al piano terra con una caffetteria, una cucina piena e lussuosa.

I primi sono che i ricevitori, Susi, Andrea e Juan sono così amici e utili, sono un'attività completa per questo hotel, perché non c'è bar o salotto, quindi la loro attenzione è una necessità. L'hotel è situato in un centro commerciale nelle periferie di Santiago, a circa 30 minuti a piedi dalla cattedrale e dal centro, e molti di essi sono alti. Se non pensi di poter gestire la passeggiata, ci sono autobus regolari fuori dall'hotel e anche un taxi. La stanza che ci è stata assegnata è stata una suite (grazie per l'aggiornamento). Era molto grande e aveva un divano e c'era anche un bagno da bagno. La testa del bagno, che era nella vasca, si puntava verso l’altra parte del bagno, così il braccialetto poteva fare con la modifica, ma questo diceva che l’acqua era sempre calda. Il riscaldamento in camera era su un orologio dell'hotel e i radiatori sono arrivati solo a circa 7.45pm, quindi la stanza era fredda se si faceva doccia prima di allora. Forse il direttore può guardare a cambiare questo in inverno/primavera a un tempo prima? Il ristorante era grande con asciugamani freschi e pulizia quotidiana.Il colazione era di stile continentale con una buona selezione.Il mio unico problema era che la signora che lavorava al servizio, ecc, aveva un modo molto scomodo di parlare di lei. Sono arrivato a 10.25 sono lunedì mattina per una tazza di tè e solo per avere un danese. (La colazione servito fino a 10.30 am)Mi ha informato con cortesia che erano chiusi e quando ho chiesto potevo prendere una tazza di tè nella mia stanza( nel mio mutandine) mi ha detto che mi avrebbe costato 2 €!! Considerato che non ci sono tracce di ospite nelle stanze, mi è sembrato ridicolo. Era l'unico membro del personale che ha lasciato questo hotel. Altrimenti è un hotel molto economico e pulito per soggiornare in Santiago de Campostelela.

Sono rimasto in questo hotel a causa di circostanze sfortunate su un volo da Funchal a Manchester UK, che ha portato a Divertimento a Santiago. Ho avuto un soggiorno prolungato per affrontare le formalità con una signora che mi accompagnava, e posso solo descrivere ALL'agente di questo hotel come EXCELLENT. Non c'era nulla di troppo per loro, e la loro gentilezza per la signora che viaggiavo era il caldo del cuore, grazie speciali alla Recepcionista Eva Carracedo, che era particolarmente utile, andando fuori dalla sua strada con le traduzioni e il lavoro di carta. Spero di restare qui di nuovo per ragioni più piacevoli. 5 Inizia a tutti Dr S

Chose this hotel for overnight as on outskirts of SDC for easy get away next morning. Situated high on a hill the rooms face the courtyard or the pool/ tennis court, town and busy road. Super easy parking. Decor is a bit 80s time warp, but the hotel has a slightly faded grand hotel layout with sitting areas about, wide corridors and spacious rooms. we took a family room so we had 2 double beds for a bit more space rather than 2 small singles. Due to Covid the room was a bit *****ped down...no kettle, minibar, robes, slippers, notepad etc. Very clean. Got a complimentary bottle wine but no corkscrew to open it. Good basic buffet breakfast with plastic gloves to wear to use buffet. Simón, who checked us in was charming and very helpful giving us all the useful info. Good wifi. Did hear some noise from nearby room with kids going crazy but just a few hours in the evening. Wonderful huge size bath. Great linen and pillows and very comfy bed made for good nights sleep. Would use again. If you want to open windows ask for a room facing the courtyard so there is no road noise. Room service limited hours but came fast and was delicious. Very good value for what we paid and a great night's sleep.

Scegli questo hotel come lontano dal centro e dal rumore. L'hotel è una 4 stelle, e un senso internazionale. C'è un parcheggio proprio fuori. Una bella piscina al sole e un buon spa. La camera è molto grande e i letti sono umongosi. Giacche di buona dimensione, mini frigo, bagno grande senza attrezzature.Ha bisogno di un riparazione, ma abbiamo trovato un buon valore per i soldi.Buffet di colazione buono

Cute, charming property, however the service was HORRIBLE. The owner even screamed at me! We were a group of 12 people walking the Camino. The first person of my group arrived by herself, and they didn’t want to send her a taxi as it was promised on the reservation. They said that they don’t send taxis for just one passenger, and this client Sofia, had to wait two hours for her parents to join her, and then, the hotel sent the taxi. She was by herself two hours in a restaurant without knowing what to do. The booking company never informed us that in order to receive a taxi a minimum of guests was required. The waiter at the restaurant at dinner times was distracted, mixing orders, and trying to convince one of my clients that he can’t take a Martini and a glass of wine at the same time! One or the other! Who cares! If the client pays for both drinks, the waiter is nobody to be judging a client’s drinking behavior. One of the guests requested salt three times for French fries, with no results. He finally went to another table to ask other hotel guests for the salt they had in their table. And I can continue for hours describing the lack of professionalism in this place. We are all Spanish speaking, therefore no language barrier. The owner, as I said, he was very arrogant and uneducated. I was talking to him, standing by his table, while he was eating cheese and bread. He never stopped eating and/or invited me to the table, and/or standing so he can be talking to me at the same physical level (basic rules of education); I addressed the taxi situation in addition to the fact that they left my luggage into another client’s room, making this totally inappropriate for them and for me. Can you imagine if there was something missing from our suitcase? Who is responsible? Well, this man said that it was this client’s fault to “accept” these suitcases into their room. Unbelievable!! He was one of these persons “My way or the highway.” Rooms have no AC, no elevator, and no phones! I had one towel only for two guests, and when I was in the shower, I noticed it and there was no phone to call the receptionist. The shower gel dispenser was empty. The room was not clean. When I addressed these issues to the lady in the morning at checkout (I am suspicious that she was his wife) she just said “Vale” (Ok) No apologies, she was not surprised, and she mentioned that if I wanted another towel, I should have used my cellular. I replied that making an international phone call to request a towel was totally unthinkable. Last, we were “lucky” to have the owner driving us back to the Camino. He never opened us the door, or the trunk; never helped with our luggage; he was comfortable seated by the wheel all the time. And he drove us super-fast to intimidate us. Terrible! Stay away from this place.
