酒店位置很好，但是設施實在太老了舊，馬桶蓋都沒有！ 另外，隔音也非常不好，廣場的聲音聽得很清楚，晚上外面會鬧騰到比較晚，建議帶耳塞

Eccellente esperienza. Hotel bellissimo di origine coloniale. Con una terrazza dominante Santiago de Cuba con una vista mozzafiato. Personale squisito cominciando dal recepzionista Emilio disponibilissimo e altamente professionale. Consigliatissimo!!!!!

sono tornato il 6 maggio dopo un soggiorno in hotel casa grande di 5 giorni.camera bellissima pulita e in ordine,servizio ristorante da dimenticare,manca di tutto,in primis la birra.colazione da dimenticare,non hanno niente una tortilla semplice melone come frutta yogurt assente,caffe annaquato in abbondanza espresso a pagamento.ristorante con proposta di cerdo da tagliare con il motosega,e pescado ultra congelato e puzzolente.pagamenti accettati a volte in contanti piu'delle volte con credit card.assoluta disinformazione in tutto disponibilita'se non dietro mancia.peggiorato in tutto aumentato in prezzo.pagato camera 78 euro per un hotel che dovrebbe essere a 4 stelle

Honestly, this is the best hotel in Santiago. Not only for the perfect location. Also for the people who works here whose always make very warm feeling to all guest. Rooms are clean, bathroom renovated, the service is professional. Food is nice as well. Compare to other hotels, like Melia or Las Américas, this is paradise. Lastly, the terrace with a bar on the roof with an amazing view of cathedral is just stunning. Enjoy it..

Nice service, very good people, the center of Santiago de Cuba. Thank you for everything Casa Granda. Very good activities and places near this hotel, and the view from the Roof Garden is amazing, The Bar 500 is and extraordinary experience.

Even though Cuba faces tremendous difficulties, mainly because of supply shortages of practically everything, the stuff of this hotel is doing everything in their power to accommodate the needs of their guests. Besides, the personnel makes up for the shortages of supplies by being very attentive and polite in all the areas; food services and room maintenance. Hospitality - high standard.

A few months ago, I had the pleasure of visiting Casa Granda Hotel, and I must say that its atmosphere captivated me with its historic charm and decor. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcomed me with a smile—kudos to Rosa, Magela, and Ismael. They recommended some house specialties, and I decided to have some eggs. The combination of great food, excellent service, and such a lovely setting made my time at the Casa Granda Hotel café truly unforgettable.
