Tardamos más de una hora para hacer el check in, el comedor un poco lioso no es fácil encontrar una cucharilla, colas tremendas para sacar café, no costaría mucho poner otra maquina, los baños son con bañera, necesita un poco de arreglo, considero que no puede ser un 4 estrellas, con un 3 estaría más acorde

I consider my stay in this hotel (we returned on June 12, 2024) to be very successful. The first thing that caught my eye after entering the hotel (not to mention the very helpful staff at the reception) was cleanliness!! Secondly...food!! Very good and varied. I recommend buying All inclusive. A nice idea in the All inclusive formula is that drinks from outside the menu are 50% discount. All inclusive guests have a separate drinks menu, which are delicious, but if you want to drink something extra, you pay half the price, i.e. 5 euros. At this point, I would like to greet the bartender Sebastian!!!!!!. When it comes to entertainment, animator Sydney is the leader :-) ...no comment. Of course, very warm regards. We would like to thank everyone who contributed to making our stay successful.

On arrival a lovely gentleman served us then we got 2 our room omg I was so disappointed as we paid for a four star and it looks pretty down stairs but the room we got is no better than a two star , I new it was shaped oddly but that's putting it mildly its like a storage room up on the top floor turned into a double room. I went back down to reception asked for another room as that one was unacceptable. They didn't care , I told them I was not happy with this . I never write reviews but I feel I have to because its a disgrace and really don't want to stay here for two weeks and would not like anyone else to be dumped with this room . This hotel should be ashamed of themselves.

After reading some of the reviews, my sister and I were a little dubious about what kind of hotel we had booked, but right from the off, we were pleasantly surprised. The road that the 'front' of the hotel is situated on leaves a lot to be desired... Its a single lane road that is flanked by car parks and waste wheelie bins, with a lovely view of a supermarket, but please do not let that put you off this hotel! We arrived at about 1:30pm, and were checked in after about a 5 minute wait. I can't say that the lady on reception was overly friendly, but she was polite, efficient and we were able to go straight to our room. I cannot praise our room more :) We requested twin beds, and that's what we had. The position of our room, (262), was perfect and as you can see in one of the photos, we had an amazing view of the back of the hotel, where the pool and bar was situated. Although we could see the view perfectly well, our balcony was protected from prying eyes by the lovely palm trees, but the trees didn't affect the sun at all. The room and bathroom was spotlessly clean, with the shower powerful and the hairdryer great. We did have an issue at the beginning, when trying to programme the safe with our code, but after a quick visit to reception, a lovely maintenance man came to our room and fixed it in 60 seconds :) We were AI, so once we had dumped our cases and grabbed towels, we went to the buffet restaurant to have lunch. The food was what I would call 'standard AI' food - there was plenty to choose from, with lots of fish, shellfish, meat, salad and breads. I think that you would have to be incredibly fussy to not be full up at the end of meal times. The restaurant does get a bit busy during certain times, and being British and loving a queue, I did find the attitude of some of the other patrons quite difficult to deal with - there was alot of pushing in, reaching over, path hogging etc. But again, this is not a reflection on the hotel or the staff... The restaurant staff were ALWAYS on the go, clearing tables, replenishing food etc., they worked so hard! Next - the bar & barstaff! Absolutely 10/10! How that hotel makes any money on the AI drinks is beyond me - the cocktails were immense, very strong and very tasty. The barstaff are quick and efficient, and did have a giggle a couple of times when I took a sip of cocktail and shuddered, haha. The bar wait staff were incredible. On the go from morning until night, always with a massive smile on their faces, and not a complaint in sight. They interacted with the guests, (even laughing with some of the more rowdy or intoxicated ones, haha), cleaning tables, and serving the 'paid' cocktails and drinks - they were such hard workers! The evening entertainment was good, not fantastic, but we were quite happy listening to the singers that were laid on. There was no daytime entertainment, which was advertised, but I don't think that bothered us too much as we were quite happy to sit by the pool

We went for a week in September it was fantastic. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Couldn’t fault them at all. Food was excellent choice different range every day. Fresh clean and lovely. The facilities was fantastic. Entertainment was great and the atmosphere during the day and night was great highly recommended for Middle age and couples. My only moan was there was a group of middle aged special needs people (Spanish) Who wasn’t cared for by the carers in the appropriate way there was allowed to touch food with a bare hands not using tongues, especially after seeing them lick their hands and pick their nose a lot. And one of the men in his 50s kept touching women by accidentally knocking into them and then hugging them and the carers did nothing about it. One of the carers drank on a night and danced and couldn’t care less what they patience was doing. Just think it could be managed better.

Amazing hotel, very good food and professional staff, the bathrooms were bit molded but besides that it was a perfect stay. Pools and private bar areas were picture perfect. Fun nights with live music and animation for kids just fantastic.

I couldn't fault this Hotel, Staff are excellent very helpful, Would recommend with your family , entertainment on majority of the day , even though i went B&B the price of Drink and Food were very reasonable and always presented with a smile, I will definitely be back nect year , no issues with Rooms and even when we had check out early they still looked after us for the full day whatever we needed, food etc. Big Shout out to Jonny and the amazing Bar staff that work around the clock to keep the guests happy. Much appreciated for making our holiday even better .. Chris

After reading some negative comments before going i was slightly worried but i needn't of been! Arrived at 12.30pm and although check in wasnt until 3 our room was ready and they let us check in early! Guy on desk explained everything thoroughly and how to get to beach etc.. room was clean on arrival and we had the beds made and fresh towels everyday throughout our stay! We went all inclusive and the food was great loads of choice and im a fussy eater! There was entertainment around the pool every afternoon (we won musical bingo where we were given a bottle of Cava, hat, dominos and it didnt cost to enter!) Entertainment every night.. bar and floor staff were amazing.. one thing i did like was that the life guard would blow the whistle and point to beds that had towels and no people on.. if someone in the pool didnt claim that bed he gave it to the ppl waiting which after seeing beds with towels empty until well past 2/3pm was a fair point! Everywhere in the hotel was clean and staff were all friendly! The beach over the road was clean and also had beds and umbrellas for hire which we loved! Lots of local shops and food places close by.. it was our first holiday away together and we thoroughly enjoyed our time!

We had an amazing holiday here as a group of 14 Adults & Children . Hotel & staff are lovely and we would all return again. However some honest feedback to the hotel - The lifeguard is an absolute menace and needs replacing ASAP, every day he did everything in his power to upset anyone in his path for whatever reason he chose to make up that day. We witnessed him start a physical fight with a guest while we were there infront of everyone around the pool including ours and many other children. Rest of the staff were fab, no issues and incredibly helpful. Food was great, busy but always plenty, fresh and no problems being seated. Could do with more than one pool table, the kids queued for hours to play and caused several arguments between guests who had been waiting. The biggest concern for me this holiday was the fire alarm that went off at 5am one morning. All guests evacuated their rooms and gathered outside as you would expect when a fire alarm sounds for a long period of time and doesn’t stop. We were left outside at 5am for a long period of time and not once did we see or have information from a member of staff. We weren’t told if there was an incident, if it was safe to go back in, nothing. No roll call or safety procedure at all. We found one member of staff on the entire site who stood behind reception with his head in his hands not knowing what to do as hundreds of confused concerned guests fired questions his way. This really does need to be addressed as a priority.
