Hotel con piscina a Santa Rosa

La prima volta in questo hotel è pulita e spaziosa. L'unico punto in basso è che c'era un allarme d'incendio che si è svolta alle 10:00 a causa di un coppia ubriaca che si è rivolta all'allarme d'incendio. Poi tutti dobbiamo andare al lobby dell'hotel e rimanere oltre 15-20 min per niente.

My daughter and I were on a girls trip. We were going to Occidental for the event, but I wanted to stay somewhere that I could meet college friends easily as well. Found the Sandman and originally booked because we generally like boutique hotels! When I booked back in March of 2024, breakfast was included. Get to the hotel and find out that it no longer is. Guests have to purchase a $10 per person, per morning voucher for breakfast. I know it is extra effort, but it would have been courteous of the hotel to notify guests that booked prior to it being canceled. We also tried to enjoy the pool and hot tub but it was packed. We were able to get in and tried to relax a bit in the hot tub. Kids were in there shooting each other with water guns! I know the hotel has no control over what parents do, but some of the things happening at the pool just seemed very unsafe. The rooms were nice, but definitely not what was paid.

La posizione perfetta per l'hotel. Il personale era estremamente utile. La stanza era molto bello, spaziosa e mantenuta pulita. Tutto era fino al marchio. Rimanerei sicuramente qui e consiglierei anche agli altri.

Nuovo hotel a un isolato dalla COSTCO. Anche se è rifornita fino all'autostrada, è molto tranquillo. Bello lobby e un migliore di un mattino hotel medio in una bella e luminosa stanza. Un migliore segnale sulla strada per entrare sarebbe utile. Avete un nuovo hotel, tutto era pulito e in grande riparazione.

Il peggiore hotel mai ... Ho prenotato una stanza attraverso *********** e ho annullato la mia prenotazione meno di 15 minuti dopo. Il Motel 6 aveva già prelevato la mia carta e non ha mai annullato la prenotazione alla fine, così mi hanno potuto prelevare i 200 dollari. Quando ho parlato con il manager mi ha assicurato che avevano fatto tutto il necessario per facilitare il mio rimborso ... non è mai successo. Non menzionare che ho dovuto chiamare l'hotel 4 o 5 volte e lasciare il mio numero per una chiamata dal manager che non è mai successo. Il manager ha anche detto qualcosa come me, che ho prenotato una stanza che non era rimborsabile, anche se sulla politica di cancellazione di prenotazione ha detto che sarei stato prelevato per una notte e restituito il resto del mio denaro dopo che l'hotel mi ha detto che mi rimborsero la somma totale. Così tanta dispiacere inutile per qualcosa di semplice.Rimborsare i miei soldi ... Sono passate 2 settimane e non ho avuto niente, ma stress cercando di lavorare tutto questo. Sono rimasto qui una volta prima, e le loro stanze erano stanche, le macchine da bere non funzionavano, il personale non era molto utile, i bug sulla parete, e un gruppo di tipi di trucco che si pendeva intorno.

Booked here last minute when we were not able to stay with family as planned. All the staff were extremely helpful and empathetic - we ended up really enjoying our stay here, even though it started as an emergency back-up plan. After a 12 hour flight and 2+ hour bus ride from SFO, the hotel shuttle picked us up at Sonoma Cty airport (driver Carlos was prompt and helpful with the bags). We were greeted at the front desk by Sandra and would like to praise her for her empathy and care. We were very tired and stressed out and she made us feel calm and welcome. The manager Erin was also extra helpful during our stay, asking if there was anything she could do to help us out. Our 3rd floor room was quiet and spacious. Although the decor is a little bit dated, everything was very clean and well-maintained. We slept well and were very comfortable. The hotel restaurant offered a nice breakfast (thanks also to the attentive breakfast attendant and friendly chef who were pleasant even at 6:30am), with either a buffet or cooked-to-order options. The food was above our expectations and there was plenty to choose from. They also offer lunch, dinner and drinks which is handy as there is not too much in the immediate area. There's also a convenience shop on premises for snacks as well as a free coffee/tea station. The area is quiet (office park and movie theater next door) and we didn't hear any noise from the airport. The free parking is well-lit and directly in front of the hotel. We didn't have a car for the first couple of days, but were able to get into downtown Santa Rosa using the SMART train. The station is only about 10 mins walk away and it's very cheap and convenient to get to Santa Rosa or Petaluma among other places. We really appreciated being able to get around without a car and were happy to have SMART as an option. Other plus points at this hotel are the well-equipped business center with printers, which helped us with the reorganization of our disrupted trip. There's also an indoor pool and a small but nice gym. It's really a full service hotel with everything you need. I would definitely stay here again. Finally, I really would like to once again commend the staff - everyone we dealt with at the hotel was very helpful and friendly. We really appreciated this!! Thanks and keep up the good work!

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno e un'esperienza così meravigliosa al Flamingo Da controllare all'interno a controllare fuori tutti fanno così utile . Abbiamo avuto un bel colazione nella loro stanza da pranzo e le due cameriere hanno preso cura della zuppa. Il cibo era fantastico Decorazione e atmosfera era di prima vista Rimarrò certamente qui di nuovo

Il servizio era decente, fa davvero schifo, la piscina è chiusa, dovrebbero avere un elenco e consentire a una famiglia alla volta di usare la piscina secondo me:). La colazione è una barretta di acqua, arancia e muesli, eh. Adoro davvero l'atmosfera qui perché hanno un bellissimo assortimento di alberi e fiori in tutta la loro proprietà! Molte cose buone stanno succedendo qui, ma i prezzi sono un po' alti! Ma nel complesso questo è il mio hotel preferito nella zona.

Il viaggio è iniziato male perché il pagamento dell'Trip.com era inefficace. Dovremmo scrivere il vostro personale per circa un'ora prima di poter entrare nella nostra stanza, quindi siamo arrivati tardi a incontrare i nostri familiari per pranzo. Le donne del desk front erano terribili e facevano tutto quello che potevano - non potevano darci una chiave finché non era stato risolto il pagamento. Quindi non siamo stati molto felici con il servizio di Trio.com. Come potrebbe succedere qualcosa del genere, dove il vostro pagamento non era valido? Vorrei un sconto sul mio prossimo viaggio a causa di questo problema. Una volta entrato, il servizio era eccellente. La stanza era pulita e tranquilla. Il letto era comodo. La piscina e il tubo caldo erano aperti fino alle 10 e erano caldi e puliti. Ci piacevamo immergerci e nuotare ogni sera dopo aver visitato la famiglia. L’unica palla di curva era che il fuoco non era operativo, un uomo disse che era dovuto al tempo, ma era chiaro e asciutto, quindi non ha senso. Pertanto, abbiamo dovuto bere la nostra notte di Natale Prosecco (che abbiamo comprato al bar del snack dell'hotel!) nella stanza, perché era troppo freddo per sedersi fuori senza una piattaforma. Speriamo che Trip.com faccia bene alla questione della fatturazione, così usiamo il tuo sito di nuovo.
