We are currently staying at the Mac Surfing Playa. We are in room 113 a ground floor apartment at the rear of the complex. We complained about the smell of damp and drains in our room and the fact we had insect bites soon after our arrival. We were told this would be dealt with while we went to the pool. We returned to find the smell had gone. We have also complained about the cleanliness of the room but nothing has happened as yet.Unfortunately we are still getting insect bites. We then realised there is a small swamp just outside our terrace. Obviously the sorce of the insect problem. Being next to the service entrance and bin store is also probably a factor. We did ask if we could be moved to another room but this was ignored. 3rd day now and the cleaning hasn't been done. The smell of damp is beginning to return. No change of towels or bedding as yet. We have resorted to fumigating the room when we are out, hopefully this will help stop the insect bites.

Currently on holiday with Jet2holidays staying at flip flops in Santa Ponsa in Majorca. First day had possibly the worst breakfast experience in terms of food quality ever. The food was totally inedible and stale and was brought in the smallest portions imaginable. Contacted jet2 immediately still no further forward with them in getting the problem resolved and a refund of the £210 we have paid out AVOID jet2 if customer service is a priority for you

We stayed here in August 22 not June 23 and got engaged so very happy memories of a wonderful place and a great holiday. Fantastic accomodation & everything close by ... incredibly comfortable bed too. Heading back to stay next week and looking forward to be back!

Went there awhile ago, lovely hotel and staff, close to all amenities.I love the design of this too. The change of name is ............ well, awful. Does not describe the pretty place that it is. I would definitly stay there agoin though as I know its a great place.

Great location, right next to both small and big beach. 5 mins walk to a beautiful town with lots of restaurants and bars. Pool never too busy to not get a lounger

We enjoyed our stay. There was a pool for days when it was too hot to go elsewhere. Many restaurants nearby, beach 5 minutes walk if you're slow. Ideal.

Had an amazing stay. The apartment was as it appeared in the photos. The rooms are relatively basic but it had everything we needed for the week. The pool was a good size and plenty of sun beds in sun and shade. It was a very chilled atmosphere which is perfect for relaxing. Ideal location for us: Super close to a smaller beach and only 5-10mins walk to the main beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful at the reception.

The staff were absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much trouble for any of them.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the sofa beds were of excellent quality.
The pool area and grounds were all spotless.
