Hotel in zona Isla hermosa mira mar, Santa Marta

Andato a Santa Marta per le sue splendide spiagge. Tamaca aveva la migliore posizione, proprio davanti alla spiaggia e aveva anche una grande piscina. Camere pulite, confortevoli e personale amichevole. Sicuramente consiglio e resterà qui la prossima volta che sono in SM! Sono andato a Santa Marta per le sue strade incredibili. L'attenzione del personale è stata eccellente, sono stati molto attenti tutto il tempo, dal momento in cui la prenotazione è stata effettuata, quando sono arrivati all'hotel e durante il soggiorno. Ci hanno consegnato la camera prima del tempo, che è stato molto favorevole. Ci prestavano asciugamani per portare alla spiaggia. La vista della stanza verso la spiaggia era fantastica e incredibile. La cena del ristorante era molto buona. Il personale era molto in attesa di spiegarci tutto ciò che era necessario. La consegna della stanza era buona. L'aria condizionata era eccellente. Il bagno aveva una cortina, ma beh, questo è il meno. La stanza è stata asseggiata ogni volta che abbiamo bisogno di esso, che è stato molto favorevole. L'hotel ha una posizione eccellente, si trova nel quartiere, vicino a ristoranti, bar, farmacie, centri commerciali, tra gli altri siti che ti permettono di camminare tranquillamente e visitare ciò che ti serve. L'ascensore ha una carta per salire direttamente al piano della stanza, questo mi sembra molto sicuro, tuttavia, se il nucleo familiare si divise, è il momento di aspettare che la persona che ha la carta scende fino a dove gli altri si trovano per Permettetevi di accedere al pavimento attraverso l'ascensore. L'unica cosa che consiglierei è che la piscina dell'hotel sia disponibile dopo le 6:00. , il precedente, poiché questo orario coincide con il momento in cui le autorità tirano fuori i turisti dalla spiaggia, allora non si può godere la piscina in notte. Inoltre tutto molto bene. Quello che ci piaceva più è stato l'attenzione del personale.

I had an absolute amazing experience at this hotel! First off, ALL the staff is so friendly and helpful with anything that you need. Breakfast included in the morning is delicious and I was even able to enjoy it on their patio outside. The rooms are great, clean and cute with Air conditioning. The best part is the location! It is located just close enough to the beach ( less than 5 min walk) and on the side by the mountain so it is relaxing and quiet even though you are close to everything. I was able to do my work on my computer on the patio as I work remotely. They also provide you with a beach towel which is always nice. Plus the nightly price is unbeatable. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else while in Santa Marta, I would recommend to anyone travelling here. I can honestly say that this hotel made me love Santa Marta even more.

It is a decent hotel, not brand new, not super cosy, which does it job for an unpretentious business travel. However, if you are picky and expect top notch experience especially when it comes to customer orientation, details, breakfast and swimming pool, you probably will not be too happy. Rooms are okay but equipped to bare minimum (you get only one towel, no bathrobe or slippers, no shower gel, only soap, no typical hygienic kits or shoe sponge). Breakfast is edible but always the same, and there are few choices: only one type of bread and it is a typical disastrously tasting sponge (although I must say that good bread is really hard to come by in Colombia), no proper desserts or choice of sweet spreads. Then, the swimming pool opens ridiculously late, only at 9 am (three hours after the sunrise). Such a pity because thus business travelers miss a good opportunity to start their day afresh, sunbathing and unwinding by the water.

The hotel is a short 10 minute walk from the center of the old town. I found the hotel very nice. Very quiet compared to a lot of other hotels in the center. It has rooms off of a central courtyard that I think helped keeping the noise out, and was quite pretty. The room was great. Clean and comfy bed, good bathroom. The water pretty was a little weak in the shower, but was okay. The staff was very accommodating. I had an early bus to catch, before the breakfast officially began, and they were able to make me sandwiches to go. I'd stay here again.

We initially booked one night after leaving Minca but extended to another night since we were recovering from food poisoning. The hotel's lobby is on the 3rd floor and there was always a security guard on the first floor. There were some jewelry display right by the entrance. No air conditioned upon walking into the first floor. There wasn't a Hilton Honors check-in and there were 2 front desk reps. I stayed in queue for almost 15 minutes which was kinda long. They also didn't offer digital key. However, Ronaldo was friendly and helpful when he assisted us. We received 2 welcome drinks where you can redeem on the roof top bar for juices, beer or house wine. We opted for some mango and guava juices. We were upgraded to the ocean view due to the gold status and also complimentary buffet breakfast. The beach is merely 5 minutes walking distance away. Bed was comfy, wifi and water pressure were both good but the temperature of A/C didn't go below 21'C which was 70'F. There was a mini-fridge and basic TV where you can't stream. Pool on top floor was very small and crowded. However, it was still good to enjoy the sunset. We like the buffet breakfast with lots of fruits, juices and some typical Colombian pastries (deep fried though). They also had an omelet station. The restaurant was quite packed in the morning and service was slow (in taking the plates away). There were no tea bags left and it took more than 10 minutes for the waitstaff to get the tea bags. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Il soggiorno è stato un bello, grazie per l'attenzione super scomplicata, la pulizia impeccabile e sempre disposto a soddisfare l'immagine estetica. Il cibo è stato di grande qualità, a un prezzo molto giusto per quello che è stato ricevuto, il menu è vario, ma improvvisamente non hanno potuto estendere un po' più le opzioni, ma questo sì, tutti i piatti sono deliziosi, fino a quando arriva con stomaco gourmet Sarà un piacere. Un hotel Maestro in attenzione, ideale per soggiorni anche in famiglia, e strutture molto belle, l'unica cosa che necessitava in hotel è un portafoglio più ampio di zone sociali, come Jacuzzi o Turco, dal resto: Vale la pena essere un hotel di 4 stelle, superando tutte le attese! Torneremo fino alla prossima volta!
