Hotel in zona Cabo San Juan del Guia, Santa Marta

Il soggiorno è stato un bello, grazie per l'attenzione super scomplicata, la pulizia impeccabile e sempre disposto a soddisfare l'immagine estetica. Il cibo è stato di grande qualità, a un prezzo molto giusto per quello che è stato ricevuto, il menu è vario, ma improvvisamente non hanno potuto estendere un po' più le opzioni, ma questo sì, tutti i piatti sono deliziosi, fino a quando arriva con stomaco gourmet Sarà un piacere. Un hotel Maestro in attenzione, ideale per soggiorni anche in famiglia, e strutture molto belle, l'unica cosa che necessitava in hotel è un portafoglio più ampio di zone sociali, come Jacuzzi o Turco, dal resto: Vale la pena essere un hotel di 4 stelle, superando tutte le attese! Torneremo fino alla prossima volta!

We initially booked one night after leaving Minca but extended to another night since we were recovering from food poisoning. The hotel's lobby is on the 3rd floor and there was always a security guard on the first floor. There were some jewelry display right by the entrance. No air conditioned upon walking into the first floor. There wasn't a Hilton Honors check-in and there were 2 front desk reps. I stayed in queue for almost 15 minutes which was kinda long. They also didn't offer digital key. However, Ronaldo was friendly and helpful when he assisted us. We received 2 welcome drinks where you can redeem on the roof top bar for juices, beer or house wine. We opted for some mango and guava juices. We were upgraded to the ocean view due to the gold status and also complimentary buffet breakfast. The beach is merely 5 minutes walking distance away. Bed was comfy, wifi and water pressure were both good but the temperature of A/C didn't go below 21'C which was 70'F. There was a mini-fridge and basic TV where you can't stream. Pool on top floor was very small and crowded. However, it was still good to enjoy the sunset. We like the buffet breakfast with lots of fruits, juices and some typical Colombian pastries (deep fried though). They also had an omelet station. The restaurant was quite packed in the morning and service was slow (in taking the plates away). There were no tea bags left and it took more than 10 minutes for the waitstaff to get the tea bags. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Andato a Santa Marta per le sue splendide spiagge. Tamaca aveva la migliore posizione, proprio davanti alla spiaggia e aveva anche una grande piscina. Camere pulite, confortevoli e personale amichevole. Sicuramente consiglio e resterà qui la prossima volta che sono in SM! Sono andato a Santa Marta per le sue strade incredibili. Adoro questo hotel ma voglio precisare alcuni dettagli importanti e credo che ci siano delle cose da migliorare e se lo faranno, saranno presto cinque stelle: Innanzitutto voglio complimentarmi con il personale perché la loro gentilezza, simpatia e prontezza nel risolvere qualsiasi preoccupazione è eccellente, tuttavia, proprio il giorno della mia partenza, nessuno mi ha aiutato con i bagagli e quelli che erano alla reception erano davvero poco cordiali, non erano gli stessi che mi hanno assistito durante il mio soggiorno.Anche la tv non funzionava e non hanno risolto. La pulizia della piscina, la pulizia della camera e dei servizi, l'atmosfera tranquilla nonostante sia quasi completamente pieno, sono da evidenziare.Le colazioni sono molto buone e varie, il menù alla carta è più limitato ma la vicinanza del centro commerciale Sazuè rende molto intraprendente andare a mangiare nel ristorante che più ci piace, c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta.La vicinanza della spiaggia è anch'essa molto positiva.Ci sono stata 3 volte e conto di tornarci, mi porto sempre dietro una piacevole esperienza del Mercure.

The Hilton Santa Marta was a great experience. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The location is great! It's close to the airport and Zazue Plaza which is full of restaurants and little shops. The rooms were spacious, super clean and luxurious. The beds were very comfortable and the shower in the bathroom was wonderful. We loved the breakfast buffet each morning. Room service was also very tasty. The pool on the second floor was the perfect temperature and offered an amazing view. I didn't use the rooftop pool but walked up there to see the spectacular views.

The hotel is very well maintained and clean with amazing pools and a clean beach with good security. The apartment we had had an amazing view of the sea and open air balcony to enjoy. The bed was comfortable, however, the pillows were too flat and very uncomfortable. We had an issue with the toilet leaking continuously, but we understand they resolved this upon reporting it. It's a bit strange that they charge for dish soap and a sponge to clean the kitchen utensils as well as water, however, in the end we didn't need to use either of these as there is a supermarket nearby where we bought these essentials for cheaper. It would be nice to see a few more trees and greenery around the pools to offer some more shade and cool down the pools a bit. They seemed to have daily activities around the main pool, however, we never received clear information about these. The same applies for other activities that we saw, for example, dance classes. The restaurants really were the biggest let down. Really low quality food that just didn't match with the nice surroundings. For instance, the hamburger was a cheap processed one that tasted like cardboard and their Pad Thai was really not at all Pad Thai but a spaghetti mixed with sweet and sour. The best option though was the buffet breakfast where they did have a wide variety of options that changed slightly daily. The sea by the hotel is apparently cleaned frequently and it has to be said this was noticeable. Also a plus here was that there was a lifeguard on the beach taking care of everyone's safety, something very rarely seen in Colombia! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and are very grateful to have had the opportunity to spend a couple of nights here, however it is unlikely that we will return unless the price dramatically reduces, along with the quality of the restaurants.

Permettetemi di iniziare dicendo che il personale dell'hotel GHL era molto utile. Il minuto che passeggiavamo attraverso la porta ci era stato trattato come famiglia. Il controllo in corso era molto facile e veloce. Non dovevamo preoccuparci del bagaglio, l'hotel ha gestito tutto questo.La stanza era molto pulita. Le camere avevano un piccolo bacino vicino alla porta d'ingresso che non sono sicuro perché, un piccolo armario, un piccolo frigorifero che includeva snack e bevande (a costo ovvio). Ho notato che l'hotel non ha fornito asciugamani di fronte. Ha solo due asciugamani e una asciugamani di mano. Ho chiesto al desk se ci fossero o no delle tovalette di faccia e la risposta era che non le forniamo. Possiamo prendere qualche tovagliolo di faccia al negozio del dollaro. La piscina era sorprendente (bambina e piscina adulta). La gente amava la posizione dell'hotel. Non era lontano dall'aeroporto circa 10-15 minuti. L'hotel non è così vicino a un negozio di vendite, ma ha un camion a 10 minuti. C'è un piccolo negozio di convinzione sulla proprietà, ma sarà limitato a alcune cose. L'hotel si trova sulla spiaggia, dove ho fatto una passeggiata ogni mattina. Il ristorante dell'hotel era eccellente!!! . Il cibo era eccellente e molto economico. Anche se non sapevamo che molti spagnoli erano molto utili a curarci e usare il nostro traduttore telefonico è venuto in accordo. Non avrei mai pensato di visitare la Colombia, ma ora che ho non posso aspettare fino a tornare. Questa era una vera e propria vacanza. Grazie per un momento meraviglioso. Grazie a tutti i dipendenti dell'hotel.
