Hotel in zona Parque Benito Juarez, plaza guelaguetza, Santa Maria Huatulco

Questo hotel si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia Chahue, a 3 minuti a caffè lungo la strada, a 12 minuti a Santa Cruz e a circa 15 minuti a Crucesita. È anche molto pulito, incredibilemente pulito. Le camere sono grandi con piccoli balconi. Purtroppo ci sono solo una sedia nella stanza e nessun mobili da patio sul balcone, quindi non è facile per due persone sedersi sul balcone all'uno. Due articoli che vorrei vedere migliorano; lo spazio per i giardini è limitato, quindi è difficile sconfezionare per un soggiorno più lungo, e non c'è un caffè nella stanza. Sono disponibili piccole frigole su richiesta. Il nostro condizionatore d'aria ha funzionato molto bene. La piscina è decente per bambini e adulti e riceve una ombra decente che è bello nel calore.

Un grande posto, intorno, e il parco e i negozi e il mare.

We checked in the hotel at 3 PM parking our rental car straight from airport no stops to their parking. Which is a lot behind the guard booth with the gate that goes down and up by a security guard who questions and then allows you on the property and tells you where to park. The night we check in our air-conditioning goes out. It’s mid 80s at night with a tropical storm pouring rain. So we had to **** all doors & windows, meaning zero air flow. Next morning we go downstairs and tell them of the problem. They sent 2 different teams of people to fix it to no success. We advised him we will be leaving the property and when we come back later this afternoon if it wasn’t fixed we were ok with changing the room. We walk out to our car to our surprise was damaged in the parking lot. Not by a car but looks like a cart or something hit it. There is an employee/work entrance where I saw all types equipment being carried between cars yo the door. Wise they will look at their cameras. Come to find out that the cameras do not face their parking lot on their property. Even though there is a bar, a restaurant and an employee entrance and work area entrance. Their told us cameras on face the security booth to let you into the parking lot and the front of the hotel. Returning to the hotel and changing our rooms from a king-size bed to a queen size bed which is a $40 difference tonight. That was not refunded back to us, so we were charged for a more expensive room that we were in one night. The 2nd and last night in the second room we noticed the floor was completely wet in the bathroom and figured maybe they had mopped before we came in. We were wrong also wrong. We dried the floor and later that night going to the bathroom both of us nearly fell to the ground because the floor was soaked again. The roof was leaking. Not in one location but all over. The queen size bed mattress was broken literally broken down. To the point if you were within 3 inches to 4 inches away from the edge of the bed the mattress would just roll you off the bed. That morning we informed them will be checking out of the hotel due to one night at a room with no air conditioning, Iour rental car was damage on their property and then taking no accountability, and the third night let’s just call it a wet room with a broken bed. They refunded the other four nights we had scheduled, but would like to give us back the difference for charging us for emergency room the one night. Seven restaurants on their property however we couldn’t get guacamole and took over 1hour 30 minutes to figure out they have frijoles. I asked for a manager everyday as I know the people working the counter we’re not able to fix these issues. We weren’t able to have a conversation until 1 week later after calling daily. This provider gave me $15 worth of credits for my troubles. WOW way to make your customers fell appreciated🏆

A very basic hotel on Santa Cruz Blvd in Huatulco. The room was clean. When we arrived apparently the last guest had left with the toilet seat. One was provided, but we had to request towels. Amenities in the room are basic, soap in plastic containers, no shampoo. The two times we stayed there the view was of a building right next door. We paid $200 MP for breakfast which was mostly for Mexican guests. The fruit was not fresh and the juice tasted of green oranges. We went to other places for dinner. If you’re on a budget this is an okay hotel. The room with two double beds was $1,240 MP per night. The pool area was very crowded. I think this was because it was the end of Christmas week and many families were on a holiday.

Muy buen hotel relación calidad precio, buen servicio y excelente playa. Además esta renovado para una estancia más cómoda. El gimnasio está bien equipado y nuevo!

Abbiamo trascorso 16 notti ad agosto. L’hotel mantiene quello che promette. Camere spaziose e bellissime. Molto pulite e con ogni confort. Imperdibile il ristorante sia per le colazioni che soddisfano ogni richiesta che pranzi e cene. Personale non assillante ma attento. Ho per due volte chiesto un massaggio in camera ed é stato super. La piscina è piccola ma graziosa. Alcune cose da segnalare: (i) i galli ci sono e sono abbastanza fastidiosi; (ii) la spiaggia vicino all’hotel non era praticabile molto wild e con l’acqua torbida, abbiamo dovuto sempre prendere la macchina per raggiungere altre spiaggia; (iii) ad agosto fa veramente molto molto caldo. Se tornassimo a Huatulco alloggeremmo certamente qui.
