Hotel Casamar Suites

We've been to PE before and when we decided to come back we found Casamar online and decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. So much so that we've booked again for next year. The property is a real gem, self-contained and immaculately kept. Most units have kitchens and outdoor spaces. There is an on-site restaurant, a spa, yoga and aquafit as well as 24hr staff. PE is a great town with lot to do and see, but Puerta Zicatela is even better. Don't miss the whale/dolphin trips. Thanks to Willis, Ted, Luis, Nora and so many other great staff.

The yoga and spiritual kindness was unexpected and a welcome gift. The staff we kind, helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend Casamar Suites and would stay again.

Casamar Hotel isn't just a beachside stay; it's a gateway to relaxation. 3 min walk to zicatela's shores, the hotel's lush gardens and charming apartments provided a haven from the vibrant energy of Puerto Escondido. Beach Bliss: The sand and surf are practically at your doorstep, making it easy to catch sunrise strolls or sunsets. Tropical Tranquility: Forget the formality of traditional hotels. Casamar's unique apartments, each decorated with a touch of Mexican flair, offered a homey feel. Stepping outside, the pool invitingly, surrounded by palm trees and comfortable lounge chairs. The complimentary morning coffee was a delightful perk, enjoyed on our private terrace while listening to the gentle murmur of the ocean and birds. Welcoming Embrace: The staff were the heart of Casamar. Warm, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile, they made us feel like cherished guests. Whether it was recommending hidden gems or simply offering a smile, their genuine hospitality elevated our experience. Foodie Delights: On-site dining at Casamar was a convenient treat. The restaurant offered a delicious selection of Mexican and international dishes, perfect for fueling beach adventures or unwinding after a day of exploration. Zen Out: For those seeking ultimate relaxation, the complimentary yoga classes were a wonderful addition. The instructor guided us through mindful Ying yoga, leaving us feeling refreshed.

The team here has it dialed in. Excellent facility, thoughtfully appointed, an oasis as La Punta grows and changes. They had beach umbellas and towels for complimentary checkout, as well as an awesome am yoga class daily (ours was taught by Andy). Would stay again.

I regret only having a short stay here. Behind the gate is peace and tranquility. The market, places to eat and beach are all close by.

Beautiful landscape and artwork , I loved the pool and our suite was very charming. Hugely helpful was the 5 gallon water jug in the room. The staff was wonderful and arranged massages for us and a taxi to the airport. The restaurant was great as well! I would happily stay there again!

Wonderful accommodations and amenities! Loved this suite, and all of the communication and thoughtfulness of the staff! Everything you need for a perfect stay in Brisas de Zicatela / Puerto Escondido! Great, safe, walkable location, beautiful pool, nice AC and fans in room, huge bathroom, and two porches!

The staff was friendly and accomodating. The pool is eco freindly and they do not use any chlorine which resulted in the pool being very slimmy on the bottom. Great location, with nice courtyard.

Love everything in the place. Outside on the streets there’s not signposts and at night it’s very dark we got lost for hours and was very scary.
