While there is so much to commend about this hotel (the cleanliness, the excellent breakfast, the beautiful pool and spa) overall I was a little disappointed. The experience fell quite far short of a 5* experience and the hotel was not value for money. There were no toiletries in the room (toothbrush, razor etc) and the water was not replaced after the first day. Outside the hotel, the streets are full of rubbish and it can be a challenge to find a parking spot.

Ottimo hotel vicino al porto di Alcudia.stanza spaziosa ,grande bagno moderno ,ottima pulizia e silenziosita’ controllo elettronico delle luci, condizionatore etc Peccato l’albergo non sia sul mare . Un particolare apprezzamento alla reception ,La sig na Cermen , assolutamente eccezionale nel risolvere ogni tuo problema e richiesta. Insomma un grande hotel

Great location, very close to beach and amenities, we had a roof top room, which had great views and a small jacuzzi bath, it was a Sun trap. Very clean hotel, rooms a good size we would stay again. Good breakfast choices, pool bar food was very nice.

Very enjoyable stay. Good Hotel , great staff, not quite 5 Star but not far off it, just a few small tweaks and improvements needed. The staff were top notch and very attentive to guests, and great with information. The pool was fantastic and very peaceful. The location was brilliant. Would definitely return.

The purpose of our 5 day trip was to look after our granddaughter whilst her parents went to a wedding. We had never stayed in Alcudia before. From the moment we arrived we had the best experience with all the staff. They really make this place. The room was amazing, very comfortable bed all very clean and I love the fact we had flannels! Wonderful pool area and an amazing spa. Pool bar menu very good although a fruit platter would be a great addition. Will definitely return again. Thank you for looking after us.

First time of visiting this hotel situated in the heart of Port Alcúdia. The hotel is very modern and well designed. The rooms are of a good size and have everything you need, including coffee making facilities. A well designed pool and surrounding area and excellent pool side bar service. The Buffet breakfast was well stocked and the choices were plentiful. Most importantly all the staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. You are only a 5 minute walk from the beach and the bars and restaurants along the sea front. This is an excellent hotel and I would not hesitate to come here again to further discover the wonderful beaches and villages along this part of the coast.

Again we spent 14 days at the most lovely hotel in Alcudia. This Hotel has all that matters for a nice stay. Good location, close to the beach, quiet and ambient athposphere and the best staff ever. They will do all to make sure your stay will be marvelousse . We will for sure visit again.
