Abbiamo soggiornato al Hotel Pacific qualche settimana fa. Volevamo ringraziare tutto lo staff per la sua cordialita', sopratutto la recepcion e la sua direttrice Natalie che con la sua gentilezza e esperienza ha saputo risolvere tutte le nostre richieste. Il ristorante offre una buona varieta' con un cena a tema ogni sera, la nostra favortita la orientale. hotel che consiglio piu' a ragazzi giovani che a famiglie con fermata principale del autobus di fronte del hotel per raggiungere le spiagge piu' belle vicine a San Antonio. Hotel che consiglio nonostante alcune recensioni non positive che si possono leggere in questa pagina. Grazie Hotel Pacific!Torneremo sicuramente!

Firstly, let me say this ... whoever took the photos of this hotel and edited them deserves a pay rise because they are a genius. I'm not even angry about the fact I paid almost 600 euros to stay here for a few nights, I'm disappointed at the fact the owners of this hotel can get away with being so deceitful. The photos you see online, in my opinion are not of the hotel you will be staying at if you book here. I've added some photos to this review which will show you what the hotel actually looks like, if you can even call it a hotel. Before I continue, I will say that the staff on reception, and the cleaning staff in general are really good, in fact they did they're absolute best to accommodate us when everything started to go wrong. I blame the management and owners of this hotel entirely. To cut to the chase: We travelled with a large group of people and upon arrival were given our rooms. The majority of the air conditioning units did not work and other rooms were offered, however those units didn't either and instead banged and clanged and spat out ice all over the floor multiple times. One member of our group couldn't get another room so had to sleep with his HEAD IN THE FRIDGE to cool down. I am not making this up, nor could you if you tried. There were cupboards hanging off the wall, the rooms were dark and dingy, the hotel is SO noisy that someone closing a door two floors up sounds like a gun shot, not to mention the fact the walls are paper thin and you can hear absolutely everything going on up and down the hotel. I found it incredibly hard to sleep at this hotel, as people were coming and going at all hours which made it unbearable at times. The window in our room didn't shut or lock properly and the reception staff are very clear on keeping your valuables inside the room safe ... I wonder why when the windows don't lock. The beds are solid as a rock, the pillows are like biscuits and every piece of furniture in the rooms is dated and grubby. Overall, the management of this place should be utterly ashamed of themselves for allowing people to hand over their money to stay here. Pay a little bit more and stay elsewhere, I really wish we had done.

Soggiorno di lavoro, meraviglioso. Pur essendo veramente enorme ho trovato una cura molto attenta al cliente. Camera comodissima con balconcino e seduta, piena di accessori: bollitore, smart tv a 60', casse tv; doccia molto ampia. Piscina grande con lettini e gazebo, accesso diretto alla spiaggia con lettini fronte mare. Personale ovunque gentilissimo e sorridente. Credo il miglior albergo in cui sia mai stata; ma la qualità si paga e dubito che potrei tornarci a mie spese.
