Hotel in zona Target, Santa Clarita

Le mura sono di tintura e di tornino. Ascensore e sbarchi sporchi con tinture. All'esterno delle porte esterne, molti butti di sigarette come non erano stati raccolti per giorni!!! La stanza e il bagno erano puliti! L'hotel ha bisogno di un miglior manager di strutture. Non mi fermerò di nuovo!

Il soggiorno è stato fantastico - ho persino prolungato il mio soggiorno - ma l'ultima notte, il mio vicino di viaggio è andato fuori di testa. C'era da urlare. Urlando. Imprecazioni - tutti i tipi di drammi. La direzione ha chiamato il dipartimento dello sceriffo locale e alla fine il problema è stato risolto. Non è stato divertente. Faceva paura. Parla di un soggiorno piacevole che va di traverso... Accidenti!!

C'è stato un po'di problemi nell'organizzazione della stanza, ho tolto tre volte, finalmente ho cambiato il mio tipo di stanza!E'bene che il servizio clienti di Trip.com aiuta a risolvere il problema per la prima volta. Grazie mille, sorella, per il servizio clienti, e per il calore in un paese straniero. Le strutture dell'hotel sono molto soddisfatte, la colazione è relativamente ricco, e c'è tè caldo e caffè alla porta.

Era deluso con il nostro soggiorno di quattro notti nell'unità 2bed/2bath. Il piano d'albergo che abbiamo soggiornato (Room 214) ha sentito un odore così cattivo. L'odore era così potente che è entrato nella nostra stanza. Le strade avevano un splatter su un certo tipo di liquido sulle pareti. I mattoni avevano quello che sembrava un danno all'acqua e erano stati abbattuti.La stanza stessa era stanca e avvertita. Il frigo era dentato e cucinato. Tutto il mobilio era sradicato o avvertito. Il divano aveva un enorme indentazione nelle cuscinetti. Il bagno era stato toccato probabilmente per via di rugiada, ma sembrava vecchio. L'HVAC suonava piacere un jet che usò. Ci siamo provati con il fuoco e fece orribile l'intera stanza. Le tovaglie erano sottili. Le lastre di letto erano di colore e erano grosse. Il colazione era mediocre, poco o nulla di diverso. Le cose che si aspettavano da un Residence Inn (arredamento di qualità, ricezione serale, colazione solida, buona custodia) erano mancanti. Per qualsiasi motivo, hanno offerto solo 3 volte alla settimana di custodia e non c'era nessuna ricezione serale. La pressione della doccia buona. Dopo aver appena rimasto in un Hyatt Place una settimana prima, le differenze di qualità erano veramente emerse. Forse questa volta abbiamo solo una stanza molto cattiva, ma credo che ci siano migliori opzioni in città.

While there is a lot to recommend this new hotel, not everything is fully worked out. On the positive side, service by nearly all the staff was excellent. Being new, it has a modern fresh feel to it. Rooms are good size and well laid out Very important in LA, parking is free. It is in a residential area, very close to shopping and Porter Ranch. Housekeeping not yet been figured out. Even though it was just opened, they've reverted to the COVID habit of not making up rooms during the stay. With Marriott status, they may make up the room. During our stay, they made up the room twice and missed the third time. Also, a pile of dirty towels and a bag of trash was left in the hallway for more than 36 hours. Even after it was reported to the front desk on the first day. Notwithstanding, this hotel is still recommended.

La colazione è buona e molto buona. Il caffè che faccio è buono! 2. La lavanderia è molto conveniente per molte macchine, adatto per le persone che viaggiano su strada e lavare i vestiti in mezzo alla strada L'hotel ha anche una piscina! 4.Proprio vicino a sei giacimenti, ho giocato, sono tornato all'hotel per un po'di letto e continuare a giocare, e guidare per cinque minuti. C'è anche Walmart McDonald's vicino!E'una buona catena di vicinato 6.La stanza e l'hotel sono molto nuovi!Il letto è molto comodo!Dormo bene!La cucina è anche molto grande, e la sala!

Abbiamo avuto un grande soggiorno di notte, abbiamo goduto della piscina e abbiamo apprezzato il caffè conveniente.

Adoro stare in questo motel locale. È il mio punto di riferimento e lo consiglio a tutti!

We stay here fairly frequently going to and from NorCal and visiting friends locally. We are diamond members that used to be gold members with Hilton until they changed for the worse and we found Best Western. Something has recently changed at this property and not for the better. There are contractors obviously living here and they dominate all the parking making it difficult for guests to find a place to park. Last evening we were outside and heard a bunch of yelling coming from a rooms open window which faced the sidewalk and when we looked there were beer cans and bottles lined up all across the window sill. Not a great look. The clientele this time through were not the normal families with kids that we’ve always seen here but a bunch of “rough” looking types that you’d expect a a motel 6. Every time we stay at any Best Western, in the evening I go to the desk and ask if I could get a cup of milk and have never had a problem until last night. Another issue that we’ve never experienced before, whenever I make a reservation I always ask for a top floor room any at this property always on the pool side because the freeway noise kept us up all night the one time we were on that side. I was surprised that when we arrived we were put on the freeway side. I asked for a different room and was told that they probably wouldn’t have any. I said that I’d asked for the room and was told that requests were subject to availability which I understand if I hadn’t made the reservation weeks ago AND wasn’t a diamond member. The one shining star of this trip was the person running the breakfast room! What a joy, keeps things very clean and well stocked every time we are here. She definitely deserves a raise or at a minimum an Great Job, here’s a gift card for dinner out.
