I have been in this Hotel it is out of the city centre however, it is very clean, the buffet in the morning was not really good but they offer essential products to eat.

Abbiamo sostato in questa struttura come seconda tappa del Tour Chiave del Golfo. Premettendo che Santa Clara dovrebbe essere solo una tappa di poche ore senza pernottare e recarsi subito a Trinidad che ha molto più da offrire. Il plesso è distante dal centro ma immerso nel verde, con i pro e i contro conseguenti. Buffet vario e abbondante, prevalentemente di cucina cubana. Bella piastra dove cuociono carne a cena (anche di manzo) e uovo a colazione. Piscina piacevole, con bar abbastanza fornito e prezzi nella media di cuba (un cocktail circa 2 euro) Camere poco curate, piccole, bagni e doccia con forte odore di fogna e spesso malfunzionanti, noi siamo stati un pochino più sfortunati degli altri con la compagnia di uno scarafaggio in camera. WIFI A PAGAMENTO! (1h=1 euro unico albergo che ci ha chiesto di pagare il wifi in tutte quelle visitate)

Excellent experience would recommend. Great atmosphere very good entertainment lively and engaging. Staff very attentive.The animation with Lesyan was fantastic would definitely return and recommend to family and friends. Music was very good

Let's start from the lobby, where you can find a huge nest of bats on the top of the gazebo, that was so scary and disgusting, the bat guano were in the middle of the lobby's floor that can be very dangerous for anyone's health,. Because it can cause histoplasmosis a very lethal lung disease. When we left there was a rat in the middle of the lobby as well. This management should work to improve the hygienic condition of this place. The room was in very poor condition the Ac was very stinking as mold and didn't work properly. The pool was very dirty and old and water filter system didn't work at all. However the personnel of the pool show were offering a good recreation activity. The only thing I enjoyed was the beautiful gardens well maintained, but the rest in this property was messy and dirty they should work to meet the minimum of the sanitary requirements to remain open. Good luck on that. For sure I will never come back. My pictures is to probe I was there , I'm not lying on my review, I think is a place with tremendous potential but with a very poor, negligent and careless and ignorant management.

I’ve been visiting this place since I was a kid and each time the staff has been very warm and friendly. They treat you like family. Over the years I’ve seen constant development to the resort, always adding more rooms for events and amenities. And not to mention some great authentic cuban food

Ever watched ’naked and Afraid ’? This place will test your wilderness level. I would have done better in a tent. Part of the sting was drink prices kept changing and the cockroaches protect their next meal at night, in your room. Large cockarocha!!! Last resort only folks!! You’ll wish you hadn’t!

Los trabajadores del Hotel dan lo mejor de sí para hacer de la experiencia algo especial, el trato fue excelente! La naturaleza y la fauna están al alcance de tu mano. Buena limpieza y comida de temporada muy buena. Sin dudas repetiría mi estancia y lo recomiendo !

He estado en este hotel 4 veces en el año 2024, dos veces como huésped y dos pasando el día con mi familia , es un lugar muy tranquilo, familiar, acogedor, buena gastronomía y atención , la atención al cliente es el principal atractivo ya que te hacen sentir muy cómodo,la piscina es espectacular y muy limpia lo recomiendo como hotel número uno en la ciudad de Santa Clara . Gracias al general manager Diego , un caballero .
