Hotel 4 stelle meritatissime!! Tutto al top: la struttura molto bella e molto curata, il cibo in grande quantità e soprattutto di gran qualità, la pulizia della camera (spaziosa) attenta e puntuale, accoglienza e disponibilità ad ogni richiesta da parte dello staff, spa interna ideale per fare un bagno in questa stagione e per rilassarsi. Posizione top in cala millor. Consigliatissimo.

hotel moderno e in ottima posizione sia dal centro che dal mare, personale molto cordiale e disponibile, camere moderne e spaziose (pulizia da migliorare), animazione carente e improntata sul tedesco, buffet con molte portate differenti ma da migliorare qualità cucina.Mare fantastico con spiaggia di sabbia

Eccellente non posso dire altro sodisfatti in tutto. Personale sempre disponibile in qualsiasi ora cordiali e rispettosissimi. La pulizia delle camere e in tutto l’hotel dentro e fuori pulitissima. Il mangiare a volontà e buonissimo.

Very clean with no corner left unattended to! Very friendly helpful staff everywhere in all departments. Surprised to find upon arrival no iron/ board in the room and no tea/coffee making facility, as a well seasoned traveller this is the first time i have come across this and due to this I won’t stay again. Noninfo in room on room service or contacting reception. Food was good but probably not four star! Some ‘hot’ items were a bit cold. It was a little noisy as guests allowed their doors to slam shut constantly also during the night, and late returning guests seemed to be moving balcony furniture by scraping it across their balcony at 3 am, very loud. Lots of really nice areas around the hotel to relax both inside and out. Indoor pool was lovely but stated was steam/ sauna rooms but neither were working. Outdoor pool is lovely and a great size and lovely garden style setting Enjoyed my holiday just felt the hotel is a bit lacking in standard facilities.

A fabulous hotel, 5 ladies over 60, we cannot fault anything about this hotel, from the cleanliness, to the staff, to the food...everything was excellent. The only downside was the noise from the 2 discos across the road, one went off at midnight, so could cope with that, on fri and sat the other was on till gone 5am....would certainly recommend the hotel, but ask for a quiet room, pool few seems best....

Hotel is in a good position for beach, shops, restaurants and local transport. This was my 3rd stay at this lovely hotel, which says it all really. Staff are exceptional in all areas, everyone is so friendly and efficient. Hotel has comfortable public areas and rooms, which are cleaned to an immaculate standard. Food is excellent, good quality, well cooked and lots of choice is offered. Full breakfast is served until 10.30 here, and for all inclusive guests, continental breakfast is available until lunchtime in the snack area, so no rush needed. Dinner is served until 21.00, so lots of flexibility for guests. All inclusive offer is very good with wide choice of drinks and cocktails, ices, biscuits, cakes, fruits and sandwiches, between meal times. You definitely won’t be hungry here!

The pool was freezing. Never more than one or two people in at a time because of the temperature. No water in the rooms. The receptionist when checking in were fantastic but when I left the man was extremely rude, lecturing me on being ready for my pick-up 15 minutes early (I was 10 minutes early). He continued to lecture me despite me explaining it is not his concern.

This is a lovely hotel and most aspects are faultless. Clean, relaxing, nice staff, some stunning food and room 704 was beautiful with sea views. However, there are 2 aspects which I would slightly criticise. Firstly this hotel was, when we stayed, primarily German guests and this was reflected in the food. They could cater for British tastes a little better. Secondly, and this is the biggest criticism is that the hotel is next to Havana nightclub and if your room is on the same side of Havana you will hear it until it shuts at 3am. We stayed in room 11 for one night and it was horrible. Cala Millor and Cala Bona are lovely resorts and come highly recommended.
