Son Fanc means Mallorcan clay and means the 'mother earth' on which this property was built. It is a place of peace, love and happiness. From the terrace that runs around the finca, you can see the sea on the horizon but also enjoy the unobstructed view of the ever-green hilly landscape of Mallorca, which surrounds the entire property (almond / olive plantations, sheep meadows). It is a piece of earth with particularly high energy - you can recharge your batteries here! The small seaside resort SÍllot is only 4 km away. Roman excavations have shown that this location is on one of the main energy lines on Earth - and in direct extension to it is Son Fanc. The large coastal towns of Cala Millor, Sa Coma can be reached by car in just 5 minutes, Arta or Manacor are only 15 minutes away. Whether you want to enjoy cycling, swimming, hiking or culture, everything is practically reachable from here ... that's why we don't have a pool. After all, we are on an ISLAND! Beautifully natural beaches (e.g. Cala Bona) and small bathing bays are in the immediate vicinity and so that we don't become too lazy, we decided to enjoy the Mediterranean Sea for swimming. (Fast) alles, was man brauchen könnte, ist vorhanden. Gut positionierte Innenräume, schöne Außenterrasse, nützliche Gegenstromanlage im Pool. Trotz Nähe zur Straße relativ ruhig gelegen, da überschaubares Verkehrsaufkommen und Terrasse sowie Schlafräume "nach hinten raus".

Schöne 4 Wochen Auszeit Ingesamt ein sehr schöner und angenehmer Aufenthalt. Fern von Trubel und doch in 6 min mit dem Auto in Cala Millor, eine fantastische Lage. Ein wenig Gartenpflege (bewässern) ist kein Problem für uns gewesen.Für Naturliebhaber das absolut Richtige.Hier kann man wirklich die Energieströme spüren und Kraft tanken. Sehr netter Verwalter, spricht sehr gut Deutsch. Wir freuen uns auf nächstes Jahr,dann auch mit Klimaanlage

Elternzeit in einer wundervollen Finca Wir durften fast 6 Wochen in Frau Ridkys wundervoller Finca Son Fanc verbringen. Gemeinsam mit unserem 1 jährigen Sohn hatten wir eine tolle Familienzeit. Die Finca liegt bei Son Carrió und damit nur ca. 10 Autominuten von Cala Millor entfernt. Zum Spazieren gehen ist die Lage nicht ideal, da die Straße recht viel befahren wird. Son Fanc hat alles was macht braucht. Ein sehr großes, gemütliches Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer (eins mit angrenzendem Bad), 2.Bad und eine tolle Terrasse, die einmal ums Haus herum führt. Der Blick ins Umland ist einfach traumhaft. Der Pool ist schön groß, war uns mit Kleinkind nur etwas zu kalt. Das ist im Sommer sicher kein Problem. Terrasse und Pool sind nicht gesichert und könnte für Kleinkinder ggf problematisch werden. Wir hatten unseren Kleinen einfach immer im Blick. Frau Ridky und ihr Verwalter waren jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Die Kommunikation lief herausragend. Bei Problemen im Haus, war Herr Sureda sehr schnell zur Stelle. Ganz herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit auf Mallorca. Wir können die Finca sehr empfehlen.

Great place for ME-TIME Ich mochte diese Finca vom ersten Moment an, da es genau das war, das ich suchte für eine Auszeit. In 5 Minuten Autofahrt war ich am Strand, da ich ja auch so ne Art Kur (Meeresluft) für meine Gesundheit machte. Die Gegend ist sehr schön für kleine Ausflüge, ob in die Natur, oder auf Märkte (Artà, PortoCristo) oder einfach mal mallorkanische Dörfer und kleine Städte besuchen will. Man fährt höchstens ne Stunde, wenn man Ausflüge nach Valdemossa oder Santanyi (super Markt) machen will. Die Strände der Umgebung einfach himmlich. Kleine Buchten, bis eben auch grössere Sandstrände. Die Finca selbst hat alles, was das Herz begehrt. Einkaufen kann man auch in der Nähe für Selbstversorgung und besonders gute Qualität in den Agromart Geschäften in Artà oder Manacor. Sonne gibt es rund ums Haus, wenn man Sonnenanbeter ist und sie in Ruhe geniessen will. Danke Dagmar, ich konnte mir einen Traum erfüllen.

Prachtig huis op een mooie locatie We hebben 3 weken in het huis doorgebracht en volop genoten van de rustige omgeving. De beheerder heeft ons zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en wegwijs gemaakt. Het huis was schoon en goed uitgerust. De terrassen om het huis nodigden uit om heerlijk te relaxen en te genieten van de zon. We komen zeker nog eens terug.

Erstklassige Finca Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Finca! Die Terrasse führt ein Mal um das komplette Haus herum und ist von allen Zimmern begehbar. In dem tollen mediteranen Garten konnten sich unsere Kinder austoben. Im Haus war auch alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt und der offene Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich ist sehr geräumig und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Einziges Manko war der Umstand, dass die 150€ Endreinigung eigentlich nirgends in der Anzeige aufgeführt waren - auch nicht unter "Zusatzkosten". Alles andere war aber top und genauso wie in der Beschreibung der Finca angeführt. Gerne wieder!
