Hotel in zona Sant Elm, Sant Elm

Bella vecchia hotel. La stanza ha vista l'oceano e la piccola spiaggia. Molto bel personale. La colazione è un buffet e aveva tutto quello che voleva. Pensavamo che con un po'di aggiornamento simpatico questo hotel potrebbe valere un n il livello successivo. Aveva una bella terrazza davanti che non era davvero usata . Solo per colazione. Questo sarebbe un bel posto per sedersi con un paio di divano. Molte belle vecchie caratteristiche, ma le camere erano contemporanee e funzionavano bene.Hanno un grande ristorante lungo la strada su una piattaforma sul mare.Grandi cibo andremmo certamente indietro. C'è un bar molto vivace vicino alla porta, per provare a trovare una stanza il più lontano possibile.

This was a lovely hotel! Staff was very friendly and helpful to span-glish speaking Americans! I did my best! The breakfast buffet was awesome! They even helped coordinate a rental car for our day excursion across the island!! My only disappointment was I underestimated the time and distance to/ from Palma. Camp de Mar is a quaint beach town! The bus system is great going to/ from Port d’Andratx.

Hit and miss I will find this review quite difficult to write as the Cupido has many good points, but, unfortunately for us, I think the negative aspects just about outweighed the positives. The main asset the hotel has is its staff who are hardworking and happy in their roles and constantly engage in a cheerful manner with guests throughout the day... they really are fantastic and a credit to the company. There are little touches that are very pleasing such as for the first welcome drink they don’t just offer you a watered down orange juice or 1/2 inch glass of wine but more or less anything you want from the bar (obviously within reason) such as tea, coffee, glass of wine or full pint of beer... good start! When by the pool or roof terrace the lovely staff will come round and offer you free slices of cold water melon to cool you off a bit... all thoughtful gestures. The rooms appear to be very hit or miss, we started with a definite 'miss' initially with a tiny dark room (no balcony) tucked in the corner of the building with a very small single window looking out onto the blocked out side of someone’s balcony about 3ft. away (see photos) - the bigger window to the right wasn’t ours. Admittedly we booked a room without balcony as we had no choice when booking with Jet2, however, Jet2 don’t appear to charge extra for a balcony room anyway - it was just that they had none left - so this shouldn’t really have affected what room we were allocated. But this is where the lovely staff come into play again, between the manageress Carlota and the lovely receptionist Paula, after 2 nights they managed to swop our room to one that still had no balcony but was bigger, brighter, floor to ceiling window with superb sea view... what a difference! We were 2 weeks half board so you would have thought they’d have put someone that was only staying a few days on B&B in the first room to save us the embarrassment of having to ask to move. We would have been really miserable in that dark room for the whole fortnight. We were half board and are by no means fussy eaters but we thought the evening meal choice very limited even for a small hotel. There was literally one meat, one fish, one pasta and one grill station choice - none of which were very appealing. There isn’t even the choice of something like pizza which is usually on every hotels menu. These were accompanied by a choice of one vegetable and one style of potato. Even my partner who will hoover up anything didn’t enjoy any of the evening meals. But to counteract that the breakfast was okay and the morning machine coffee was the best I’ve had in a long time. As I say hit and miss. The communal areas of the hotel are lovely and everywhere is spotless but, as others have stated, it is in a rather noisy area (even in low season) with street bar music finishing after 2am., people shouting in the street in the early hours and the glass and bin wagons making an awful racket around 6am. which isn’t very condu

Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl im Hotel gefühlt. Es war sauber und mit gutem Service. Alle unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt wie z. B. Sonnenschirm ausleihen oder frühstücken ausserhalb der Regelzeiten. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt. Das Hotel verfügte ausserdem über mehrere Pools und Dachterrassen, die sehr angenehm gestaltet waren. Unser Zimmer hatte auch Meeres- und Stadtblick mit einem geräumigem Balkon. Zimmereinrichtung war funktional und das Bett sehr komfortabel (Kingsize plus). Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, es gab gute Auswahl an frische Obst, Kaffe war ebenso sehr gut. Die meisten Gäste waren englisch, die Atmosphäre war aber entspannt und unkompliziert. Wir empfehlen das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter.

Ci sono centinaia di hotel nella zona. Non andare a questo. E' costoso e ha condizioni svantaggiate. La prima cosa che ho notato quando sono arrivato è che non ha una rampa per facilitare l'accesso delle persone con difficoltà di mobilità. Il secondo dettaglio era che lei era CARICAto per il WIFI 4€ DAY. Non l'ho mai visto prima. Anche lei era stato dato un piccolo e grande asciugamano per persona. Non una matematica per il bagno, e si rifiutavano di darti un asciugamano edtra. I asciugamani sono molto vecchi, per la parte. Hanno cercato di fare soldi in ogni modo possibile. Il pranzo non include una sola bevanda, nemmeno l'acqua, e non si può prendere le proprie bevande. La maggior parte delle notti, non c'erano molte opzioni, principalmente salate. Bella la prima notte, ma mangiato dopo una settimana. Il gusto del cibo era me, ma non orribile. Se vuoi un soggiorno decente, non è una buona opzione. Il posto era pieno di persone ubriachi. La prima notte ho visto l’uomo vicino alla mia porta cadere e aprire la testa. Era così ubriaca che non sapeva dove si trovava. Non è il posto giusto se non festeggiate 24/7. Mi è stato detto che potevo notificare la ricezione di quale stanza causava rumore, ma ci sono stati alcuni per livello. impossibile missione. Ho avuto un problema aggiuntivo. La mia stanza aveva un condizionatore d'aria che si evacuava. Mi è stato detto che non potevano mandare nessuno a correggerlo perché il personale di manutenzione aveva finito il loro turno al 5. Che ne dici di manutenzione d’emergenza? Mi sono lamentato molto perché era un pericolo. La loro risposta era di mettere un asciugamano, che si scaldava. Non avevano altre stanze disponibili. Li ha messi 3 giorni a disporre di un'altra stanza gratuita. Non ho ricevuto alcuna compensazione per l'inconveniente. Perché non solo 1 stella? Perche' il personale. IL PERSONALE E' IL BONO, L'UNA BOMA cosa. Mi dispiace per loro. Essi sono confrontati a molti abusi.

Como hotel de dos estrellas está mucho mejor de lo que cabria esperar... buen desayuno, aunque no tiene platos calientes pero si todo tipo de panes, bolleria, embutidos, leches, zumos, etc La ubicación no es lo mejor ya que esta un poco alejado de la playa, pero en una zona tranquila y nuestra habitación tenia vistas despejadas a un pinar. La habitación estaba reformada con televisión y aire acondicionado El personal muy amable y atento. Un sitio perfecto para unas vacaciones económicas en la playa de Palma
