スタッフの人はとてもフレンドリーです。
タチェンクリフの夕日も素晴らしいです。
お花がいっぱいで、いつもきちんと清掃が行き届いています。プールも大人用子供用とそろっています。
ただ、歯ブラシは置いてありません。でも頼むと渡してくれます。

Super Hotel, ottime colazioni, camere spaziose. Consiglio quelle che danno sulla piscina Adulti, sono logisticamente le migliori. Ottimo lavoro di Conrad che si è reso disponibilissimo ad assecondare le nostre esigenze. Ottimo anche il Ristorante Kantra gestito dall'hotel sul bellissimo fiordo annesso.

Un weekend indimenticabile, posto nella pace più totale dove rilassarsi e staccare la spina.... Lo staff molto professionale ed educato... Il Direttore persona squisita, ha curato ogni particolare per rende il nostro weekend meraviglioso... Torneremo al 100%

Location stupenda, immersa in una zona naturale nella vicinanza della scogliera più alta di Gozo. Possibilità di passeggiate all’interno della struttura stessa circondati da viste mozzafiato. Albergo tranquillo, camera pulita e ben organizzata. Collazione ottima. Ristorante all’interno della struttura con buona cucina. Disponibilità di due piscine esterne. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Possibilità di raggiungere con una navetta la spiaggia privata dell’Hotel ‘Kantra’ dove si trova anche il ristorante ‘Il Kantra’ con cucina eccellente. All’interno della struttura, SPA con piscina riscaldata, palestra ed altro. Possibilità di visitare facilmente tutte le località e spiagge caratteristiche della zona (Servizio pubblico BUS) regolare e funzionante. Ci torneremo. Unico consiglio. Un piccolo restauro alla struttura porterebbe a meritate ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ho passato una settimana in questo hotel caratteristico di Gozo dove la natura fa da padrona all’intero luogo di villeggiatura. stanze ben arredate e pulite con letti comodi. Colazioni abbondanti e cene di ottima qualità con ampio spazio tra i tavoli, possibilità di pranzare e cenare sotto uno splendido carrubo di 450 anni che fa da padrone all’intera sala creando una atmosfera univa al mondo. Piscine per adulti e bambini divise e tenute in buone condizioni più una zona spa alternativa separata con idro massaggio, piscina riscaldata interna esterna, bagno turco e sauna. Possibilità con una navetta di raggiungere la spiaggia privata dell’hotel che si trova in fronte mare su una scogliera capitanata da un ristorante chiamato “Kantra” dove la cucina italiana si mescola ai prodotti della zona, buonissimo! Personale preparato, educato e gentile, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Una settimana è troppo poco per vivere a pieno un posto come questo. Consiglio vivamente

This place ticked all the right boxes! Tranquility, beautiful untouched surroundings, well-kept and exceptional staff. Even the cats are super-friendly . We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to visitors. Two suggestions to management: 1. historical structure (right of main entrance) could do with a restoration with high potential to be used for small private functions 2. Spa area is beautiful and unique. However not the place for children's screams & jumping in the tiny indoor pool - considering that there is a beautiful and large family pool outside.

This was a return visit staying in a Trullo .We love our time at Ta ‘ Cenc & over the years have visited many times . Lovely views & amazing staff - you have done a wonderful job over the last year or so Michele & your staff are all a real credit to you . Cannot wait to return !

We stayed at Hotel Ta Cenc for 7 nights expecting to have a 5 star experience. Although there were positives, our experience was closer to 2 stars. Our first night coincided with a wedding party held at the hotel. We could hear the band/ music quite loudly in our room until very late at night. Considering we had been travelling that whole day, that was hardly the welcome we needed. Noise turned out to be a general issue at the hotel. With large construction sites just 10min walk away, we could hear constant noise from 8am to 4-5pm, whether sitting in our room or around the pool. Precisely what you don't want on a holiday. When we told management about this, the answer was that Gozo was a construction site. Had we known about this in advance, we would have stayed well away or cancelled our booking. Other lows included lack of tennis racquets for adults. We were told in advance we can borrow their tennis racquets to use on their courts but when we asked for them at the reception we were presented with children sized racquets, which was embarrassing to say the least. The equipment in the gym was outdated and often the gym opened 10-15min after the stated 8.00am opening time. Our room was well sized however it looked a bit tired and some fittings and furnishings showed their age. The manager acknowledged these issues. On the plus side, the food was excellent quality and the staff in the restaurant looked after us really well. The cocktails were amazing too and the views from the pool superb. On the whole, unfortunately we would not recommend the hotel to others.

We are glad to read that you have enjoyed the quality of our food and beverages as well as the service offered by our staff, on the other had we are very sorry to read that you were not able to profit from a restoring sleep during your first night even though the music at the wedding was turned off by midnight. We are very happy to welcome all wedding/events celebrations at our Palazzo Palina, located opposite to our hotel, but we are always very careful to make sure our guests are not disturbed by music or noises because we fully understand the importance of peace and tranquility which our guests look for when booking their stay at our beautiful resort. We are sorry that due to a misunderstanding our reservation department/ front desk has not charged the right credit but on our email exchange with you there is no trace of your request concerning payment preferences. Sincerely we have never received a complaint for the noise coming from a nearby construction site, the only sound you could hear it is the one of a distant crane but, in my opinion, we cannot call this a disturbing noise. I would like to underline that Gozo is not a construction site, and in the vicinity of our property there are no major worksites. Our beautiful resort is nested on the Gozitan plateau with a stunning view over Malta and Comino and the board has no intention to deface our beautiful environment. Rest assured that our company is fully committed to preserve the beauty and the nature of this true gem of the Mediterranean. We are currently working to improve the quality of the service offered at our Spa and Gym, we apologize for any inconvenience you have encountered.
