Thank you to Hotel Barrameda for a wonderful experience in terms of service level, facilities, and the overall sense of hospitality and helpfulness. Regarding the practical aspects, it is quite impressive that a two-star hotel has a 24-hour reception. There was a coffee machine in the room, a lovely bathroom, and everything was spotlessly clean. Delightful. But most importantly, the atmosphere was exceptional. We are quick to sense whether the staff enjoy working together and whether they are willing to go the extra mile for their guests. And they certainly are! We had lost our luggage in Frankfurt, and the kind people at the reception were incredibly helpful. The final touch came on the day of our departure when our car wouldn’t start. First, the receptionist came to help, then another staff member from the hotel – and finally, they got the car running. Thank you, Hotel Barrameda!

Hotel was far better than expected, it was classed as a 2 star but far exceeded that level, the whole hotel was finished with quality fittings, was very clean and was in an idea, position to explore thd town.

Lovely, centrally located hotel. Staff were excellent. Room was modern and clean. Walking distance to all attractions. We used the hotel parking which was conveniently located around the corner. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Highly recommend this hotel

Average stay- nice location - pre book parking
So it’s great to be in the buzz of the square. The downside is the parking. The parking link on their website takes you to another car park. The woman on reception didn’t speak much English and didn’t seem to care
What’s not clear is that you need to prebook parking to get clear instructions. Needless to say in the tight cobble streets and one way system in the heat of a summers day when you get lost and they don’t speak English and you only speak a little Spanish is somewhat frustrating. The breakfast options are basic, we went outside to sample local fare instead and had a wonderful time.

This is a little gem of an hotel. The location is superb, on the main square. The rooms are clean and modern and the staff are friendly and helpful. The two who were on reception when we arrived were super. Breakfast was good and the roof terrace is a lovely spot to take a drink and relax and enjoy the view.

the hotel is in a very central location right in center of Sanlucar...parking is very convenient right around the corner from the hotel...the rooms were all quite different in size and shape...if you are a light sleeper, don't rent rooms looking onto the square...the room we had was very clean with a window looking into an interior patio....very quiet....although, there was a strange ,constant noise throughout our stay....the staff is very nice and willing to assist you with any problems you might have....we had breakfast there one morning....just OK....there is a frig and kettle in the room....the rooftop porch was wonderful..... please try or seating,great views of Sanlucar and great sun...

Hard to see why this hotel is only 2*. Excellent location on the edge of the main Plaza, with numerous bars and restaurants. Great menus for fish lovers. The beach is an easy walk away. Hotel itself is lovely. Staff are very friendly. Our room was lovely, with comfortable bed, sofa and brilliant shower. Tea and coffee facilities provided and also a fridge, which had a large bottle of water in it. Breakfast buffet had a good selection. Lovely roof terrace but sadly we didn't have the weather required to spend anytime there. Parking is round the corner in a private, locked plot. Its in the pedestrian area and the streets are very narrow. Would highly recommend this hotel.

right in the middle of the town. Only issue is parking is 3 blocks away and the hotel is in the pedestrian area so you need to roll your cases a fair bit!
