Een super hotel met alle voorzieningen van dien. Wij zijn goed geholpen en hebben een gratis upgrade gekregen!

Excellent food. Unfortunately really bad service. They made us feel like 2nd class citizens. I was really looking forward to the event and had booked the table 3 weeks in advance only to be told that hotel guests take presidence when asked why we were put on a tiny table in a freezing cold corner. We ate the meal in our ski jackets... We were told they would see what they can do, but nothing came of it. They told us as well that we should have put our 17 and 14 year old children down as adults?! Not sure when the definition changed, but not clear from the website and I had put the children's ages in when making the reservation. All in all appalling service.

We took full advantage of checking out bikes, soaking in the jacuzzi, and sweating in the sauna. This is a lovely property for couples or families.

A magical location - like falling into a fairy tale. The hotel is surrounded by mountains that are literally a few minutes' walk from the front door. The hotel is lovely, very spacious and comfortable. We arrived during Storm Boris, when the surrounding areas were flooding and the mountain trails were covered in many feet of snow. There was still more than enough to do in the Gastein valley, hiking the valley paths, exploring the beautiful old town and taking gondola rides to the top of the mountains. The staff at the Bellevue hotel is amazing. They made us feel so welcome and comfortable. There were several musical evenings in the bar/lobby that were fun for all. There are cooking classes, wine tastings, etc. (Beware though - instruction is mostly in German). We are hoping to go back again soon. The Bellevue Mondo hotel is a delight.

We were on a scientific trip, congress in Bad Gastein more then 30 years ago. The experience to be there was so outstanding, that we have decided to come back once in our life. In this year this dream could be realized by the RCI. The expectations were fully met in the Bellevue MONDI Hotel. The Hotel itself, the service, the position in the city and the valley were wonderful. The indoor bath made us independent from the weather outside. We had luck, the waterfall was abundant, wonderful. The staff in the Hotel, and the citizens were kind and friendly. We decided to return if may do it.

We had a wonderful stay at Mondi Bellevue...our second Mondi resort as we had just stayed a week at Mondi Grundlsee. The resort is first class from the staff to the restaurant to the resort. The staff gave us lots of ideas of things to see and do in the area as well as on the resort. We did a cooking class with the Chef at the resort and had dinner at the Thursday night Pig roast at the Mondi Alm (known as the "Mother of all Cottages")...a fun and tasty experience with live music too. We also hiked 1 day, went to Radstadt for a day and drove the famous Alpine Trail drive another day. Beautiful location in the mountains.

Very nice hotel in a dream place. The room is spacious, full of histories mixed with comfort. The balconies have a great view over the whole valley Breakfast and dinner are delicious, and you can enjoy a fantastic view of the mountains from the restaurant window while eating. The hotel has 3 kinds of pools, a normal pool, a kid's pool, and a whirlpool, the spa is also nice, clean, and big enough, which is the best place to relax after a day of hiking in summer or skiing/snowboarding in winter. Friendly staff that are happy to help. All in all, because of this lovely hotel, we're really considering coming back to Bad Gastein!

Stayed here for a few nights to explore the area. Here are my pros and cons, as I read reviews when choosing where I’m going to stay and maybe this will be helpful to someone else not familiar with the area or the resort PROS : Beautiful area Amazing waterfall in town Very spacious two bedroom suite Alot of history in the town Restaurant on site ( if of importance) Family friendly Sauna ( clothing NOT allowed, which for me is a con )😳 CONS : Bed ( very hard ) Parking ( very difficult and could be challenging for a lot of people - I’ll explain later ) No dishwasher Laundry ( washer $5 euro per wash ) Small fridge/freezer No TV in 2nd bedroom Most stores including all grocery stores in the entire area are closed on Sunday’s PARKING - I wanted to elaborate on that There is very limited parking at hotel - maybe 10 spots +/- however they having parking across the street and up a very large and steep hill. When I say steep, I really mean steep ! I think those are all my highlights of the hotel/resort

Badgastein is the most beautiful town, there was so much to do and see in summer! Easy transport to other villages close by. We did not even have a car, but could easily go where we wanted. Good opportunity to get fit! We can recommend the Mondi Bellevue hotel. Good and professional service with helpful front desk staff, Alain supported us with the necessary knowledge and advice.
