Everything was perfect. It was like sleeping in a cloud - the bed was so comfy. The hotel is beautiful throughout and the pool and view is fantastic. The staff are all so friendly. It was a really special experience to stay there and I will be back.

The hotel was amazing. We had the most special time there. All the stuff was very professional and accommodating -Especially Oliver, that made us feel so welcome and went out of his way to help us with everything and anything that we needed during our stay. Perfect location Amazing views Can’t wait to go back there again.

A very beautiful hotel in amazing settings with staff offering first class service. the facilities of the hotel are of top quality. The location of the hotel on relation to the ski areas is acceptable - in particular when using the short cut to the lifts, however a shuttle service would be recommendable.

The renovation of the old Straubinger might possibly the best ever of a k.k. monarchy monument. Brillantly done by keeping old walls, doors and character in general while not making any compromises on the luxury one would expect as a guest in 2023.
The state of the art spa and pool area are outstanding. The bar is phantastic. Service is very good.
Bad Gastein hasn't had any hotel of that standing since the k.k. monarchy had ended more than 100 years ago.
Thank you to the new owners for that architectural masterpiece. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Erholung gesucht und gefunden. Es hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Der SPA Bereich lässt keine Wünsche offen. Stressfreie Anreise per Bahn, bequeme Abholung per Hoteltaxi, alles bestens vorbereitet. Rundum zufrieden und bestens betreut von dem immer freundlich lächelndem Personal.

Nach der Renovierung 2023 des herrlichen Grandhotels, wurde der Spagat zwischen alter Bausubstanz und neuen Innovationen, bemerkenswert umgesetzt. Der drei stöckige Spaabereich innenarchitektonisch ein Traum! Die restaurierten Zimmer mit ihren Wohlfühlbetten ein Genuss. Das Personal: 11 von 10 Punkten!!!

Es ist ein traumhaft schönes und unglaubliches Hotel. Ambiente und Flair fantastisch. SPA Bereich unbezahlbar und der Service wirklich großartig! Jede Minute ist ein Moment der Erholung und man genießt den Urlaub von der ersten Sekunde an. Eindeutige Empfehlung für alle Reiseliebhaber:innen!

Das Ambiente und die Lage bzw.der Pool sind einzigartig. Sehr stilvolle Zimmer mit einer tollen Bar. Das Frühstück im prunkvollen Saal krönte den Aufenthalt wunderbar ab. Der Saunabereich mit Blick auf den Wasserfall und der Ruhebereich sind traumhaft schön und laden ein wieder zu kommen…
