Gut geführtes Haus, sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service, großzügige Suiten, familienfreundlich…! Zentral gelegen, direkt am Dom. Reklamation! Kein TV, kein WLAN, ein absolutes no go zur EM, wir mussten suchen, um eine entsprechende Location zu finden, um das EM Spiel gemeinsam anschauen zu können.

Habe weit voraus einen Aufenthalt gebucht. Bei einer Nachfrage schrieb das Hotel meine Buchung sei leider "verloren gegangen" und das Zimmer wäre nochmals vergeben worden. Anstatt meine ältere und bestätigte Buchung auszuführen, wurde die später getätigte beibehalten und mir wurde abgesagt. Ganz schlechter Kundenservice. Das ich den Normalpreis bezahlt hätte, und durch ein an dem Wochenende stattfindendes Treffen inzwischen höhere Preise aufgerufen werden, spielt sicher keine Rolle... Das ist wirklich unglaublich, so kann man mit Kunden einfach nicht umgehen!

Sehr schönes Haus und zentral direkt neben dem Dom gelegen. Schöne, saubere Zimmer mit allem was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind ausserordentlich freundlich. Das Frühstück war lecker. Es gibt eine Terrasse von der aus man direkt auf den Dom blickt.
