It was an absolutely pleasure to stay with you over Christmas . All staff went a extra step to make all a good experience. I just remember 2 names but Peter in the reception gave a very warm welcomes and even help us with the luggage, and the Restaurant manager Korki and his whole staff was always very help some. All in all a 5 star experience.

Really extraordinary Hotel. It'd not often that I find myself so comfortable in a hotel that I don't want to go out and explore. The Schwarzer Adler has a high level of expectation that it achieves through the superb kindness and helpfulness of its staff. I especially want to thank.Mr. Nagradic for all his time and energy to help.me have a comfortable stay. And the best service was from the sweet and knowledgeable server Lena, who helped me with bringing my breakfast to my room and knew exactly hownI liked my coffee. My room was very beautiful, and, considering it was not one of the "renovated" rooms, it was beautiful with flowered carpet beautiful armoire, wonderful bed and and pillows. The soap smelled lovely. The food is really good, and some of the desserts were too pretty to eat (almost!) You can have a fresh juice from.diverse fruits. Thank you to Aphrodite, another lovely server who made the juice for me. The housekeeper was so attentive and efficient. The indoor pool was relaxing and just the right temperature. The spa area was so fine. I especially lived the outdoor area to the spa, where they have a little Japanese garden and you can sit and be calm, even as it raining. A total delight and really difficult to leave. I thank Herr and Frau Tchol, the owners of this magnificent hotel that has been proudly run by their family for generations. Vielen danke! Grazie! I have been many times in Arlberg. That was the best hotel ever. Great location, great food, great crew. I recoment it. The ski lifts are about 3 minutes walking. The spa was great and everything was so clean. The half board dinner and the breakfast was the best we had in ski vacations ever.

If you are looing for a home away from home in the mountains, Schwarzer Adler is your place. It was our send time and we are looking to come back again next year. Great and very friendly stuff, clean rooms and delicious food. Thye will help you organize taxi drive frm the airport, ski equipment rental and storage and will make a lot of recomendations. Its a great place for families, friend groups and couples. Thnak you Schwarzer Adler for another great ski trip!
