Nautical theme house on just under an acre recently remodeled. Less than a mile from Lexington and just a short walk to beach access at the end of the road. Spacious yard with a fire pit and firewood provided. 1 mile from downtown Lexington and 2 miles from Lakeview Hills. Air conditioned for hot summer days. Gas grill for cooking. Washer and dryer with detergent provided. Automatic Standby Generator in case of power outages. Keurig with Kcups, blender, high speed internet, new furniture, new 50’ UHD 4K fire tv, boardgames, cards, etc.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Enjoy your stay! Very lovely house on a nice, quiet and shady road. House is so very clean, comfortable and fully stocked. Just a five minute drive to Lexington Beach to watch the sun rise and swim. Hosts are very nice and quick to respond to questions. Definitely plan to return.

I rented this property last minute for a quick 3 day getaway with my kids, 8 & 11, before school started. We all loved staying here. It was very clean, had a well equiped kitchen, newer appliances, & plenty of space to sleep. There were games we played both nights. It's a 2 min drive to downtown Lexington which is awesome. We didn't utilize the beach access down the street, but it looked simple enough to get to. I will definitely rent again!

Amazing Property If you're looking for a nice place to stay in Lexington, this place is perfect. Very homey with a nice big yard. Ralph was wonderful and even helped me find a fishing charter for the guys. Shout out to Grey Wolf Adventures!
