Baby sis graduation gift I was a little worried about the 20 min drive distance from montego Bay, but after seeing this place, it was well worth it! The location also put us a little closer to Negril. We enjoyed every moment and felt so comfy and at home. Everyone had their own rooms and the 2 kitchens was great for not having to go downstairs in middle of night for anything. The roof top was a nice touch but that sun was too hot to enjoy during the day. It's much more relaxing at night. The pool was very nice! We loved it and highly recommend it! Ms Deana was very accommodating and friendly!

50th Birthday trip Hot water was operated by a switch on the wall, most of the times we had cold showers. Plugs in the bathrooms by sink only one was working. The house is really nice with a lot of space. There just has to be a better way for the hot water.. and upgrade pool furniture, allow access to laundry room, and provide more toiletries to your guests(paper towels and toilet paper). Nice pool. There is a really nice restaurant a few blocks away in walking distance.

Great Sanctuary We had a fabulous time, the property was clean and spacious. We appreciate the excellent communication before and during our stay. The food and Chef Bryan’s hospitality was amazing. We enjoyed the recommendations on beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. Internet and TVs worked well. My only feedback would be to encourage international guests to get the airport fast track VIP or so parts of the immigration process online to avoid long waits. Also, I wish there was a dishwasher. Otherwise, it was perfect! Highly recommend.
