The location of the hotel was okay, good nearby links to the train station and attractions. There's no food or drink other than vending machines in the hotel but there is a Sainsbury's local opposite. Bed was comfy and the temperature of the room was controlled. TV was very small and in an awkward position to watch from laying in bed. No hand soap in the dispenser and there was also a leak from the toilet/sink area.

EasyHotel era in una posizione piacevole e meno di 5-minute camminare dalla stazione se uscite Birmingham New Street.Siamo stati accolti da Eliza alla reception, ed era carina e gentile. Ci ha fatto sentire molto benvenuti e ci ha davvero aiutato con altre cose. La nostra stanza era pulita e la struttura era molto buona rispetto ad altri ospiti.

Hotel carino situato vicino al Canale, abbiamo appena andato a scappare per qualche giorno. Bella piscina, stanza a vapore e sauna. Camera un po 'datato, ma non un problema. Bed comodo un grande soggiorno. E come bonus c'è un pub Wetherspoons proprio sul lato della strada. Anche se il bar alberghiere è abbastanza ragionevole.
Il colazione era un enorme buffet e il pasto era grande e non troppo prezioso.

Despite everything was clean and spot on, the hotel has these group of Asian Men who seem to not stay in the hotel but pay to use the pool, jacuzzi etc Those men are disgusting! They would stay and not leave for other people to use the jacuzzi/sauna while speaking very loud and staring at other people! One of them was peeling his feet in the pool and washing it off with the water in the jacuzzi. At a point the water in the Jacuzzi turned green! It was disgusting! I spoke to the receptionist who was able to do NOTHING about it. The staff member at the pool facilities called Ane-Marie was confrontational, rude and lack communication skills. Her attitude was so bad and was talking to people like she was a nursery teacher. The cleaner took my food in the room and when I asked they said it had been thrown away! It was a peri peri takeaway work over £40!. The receptionist was able to ask the chef to make us wraps if not me and my children would have starved through the night!. It was a wasteful 3 days stay! The breakfast was ok but the dining furnitures are old and outdated for that kind of hotel! The gentlemen at the reception were lovely and very helpful, the chef was amazing! Another lady was an Angel called Marita.
If there is a game going on, Dont bother going out! The traffic is a living hell! As they also Park in the hotel car park. Overall i will not stay again.
