The cleaning staff had a social gathering outside our room before 8am. clapping, screaming, shouting out to each other and cheering for over half hour .I have never been to a hotel where staff are allowed to do this. the room had layers of dust on window sills, dirt wrappers and cigarette butts on the balcony.Insufficient towels and milk, no bathroom mats and no hand towels supplied on arrival . The next day staff left early for a Christmas party and no towels/mats supplied. Front desk was left to a security guard to man, who could not provide the towels and eventually only brought one. the manager hung up on us when we called to complain. we were attending a wedding and could not shower.

The place is nice and clean, staff is friendly and professional. My friend and I enjoyed our stay, very comfortable

Location is right at the heart of SANDTON. 6mins drive from Mandela Square and SandTon City Mall. No load shedding, fast internet, privacy. Honestly everything was nice during our stay in Sandhurst, we truly enjoyed our stay over there ( 1 month ). The receptionist who attended to us on our first day of arrival was very helpful. It was a great stay. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile to ensure you have a pleasant and comfortable stay. The rooms were very clean and had everything required. The only things not provided were hairdryers and iron, the staff mentioned that those had been stolen in the past and its understandable that they no longer provide those. It was better than the pictures provided online. We stayed in the 3 bedroom which was 2 apartments with interleaving doors. They were very spacious. The rooms and bathrooms appear very luxurious however there are small updates that could really elevate the anesthetic such as the taps were lose on the sinks, areas of paint chipping off walls in the bathrooms, the sofa was a bit old and not very comfortable and the kitchen cupboard doors needed refurbishing. Otherwise excellent stay. I need to especially mention the lady working at the front desk who was extremely helpful in organizing a shuttle for us to the airport.
