Despite some noise transfer from incredibly selfish women in the next room who talked loudly until after midnight, other aspects of this stay were excellent. The hotel is a very easy three minute walk fromn Sandringham railway station, and fronts the beach (although guests in the 10 available rooms just get a slight view of Port Phillip Bay across the roof of the hotel). There were more amenities provided free than I'd ever experienced previously in Australia. Not only were there three miniature plastic bottles of shampoo and the same of conditioner, but three mini Tim Tam chocolate biscuits and three 250ml cans of soft drink were complimentary. The King Koil bed was extremely comfortable. Delightfully, it had a top sheet, a feature missing in so many hotels, motels and BnBs worldwide these days. Two compilmentary welcome drinks (i.e. one per guest) were availed of. There was also a 10 per cent discount off the meals, which we also used. The dining experience was very good. Aircon and WiFi worked well. The shower was very good, although one panel next to the handbasin showed some evidence of deterioration at the bottom. There was no traffic noise to speak of as the rooms are a fair way back from Beach Rd. Overall despite what are probably thin walls, an excellent brief stay.

Abbiamo avuto un recente soggiorno di 2 notti in questi appartamenti per partecipare a un matrimonio. Siamo una famiglia di 4 così abbiamo prenotato un appartamento superiore 2 camera 2 bagno. Arriviamo dopo le ore e il controllo senza contatto in corso è stato ben spiegato per il recupero delle chiavi. Mi piaceva che per ogni appartamento fossero stati assegnati spazi di copertura. Sfortunatamente, ci è stato assegnato un appartamento con solo un piccolo bagno. I manager hanno riconosciuto questo errore e le tariffe finali riflettevano il 2 letto, 1 appartamento da bagno. Tuttavia, ci ha lasciato un po' inconvenienti, cercando di preparare/segnare bene per il matrimonio con un piccolo bagno. Devo dire che ho due figlie adolescenti! Le letti erano molto confortevoli, ma non c'era spazio per la nostra bagagli. Le camere erano molto piccole. Ho anche chiesto che la seconda camera fosse organizzata come due letti singoli nella mia prenotazione, ma questo non è stato fatto. La cucina era ben attrezzata e l’appartamento era dotato di decorazioni moderne. Ero grato per la lavatrice e il asciugamano. Era un mosaico sul pavimento della doccia che era invisibile e avevamo un asciugamano con alcune stentine. Queste aree potrebbero essere migliorate. Il caffè e l'IGA all'interno del complesso di costruzione erano super convenienti. Il Wifi era eccellente. Questi appartamenti sono buoni se dovete essere nella zona altrimenti, mi piacerebbe cercare altrove un appartamento più grande per adattarsi a una famiglia di 4.
