Premier Inn Isle of Wight, Sandown (Seafront)

We had high expectations for this stay as we had seen the building being constructed not that many years ago. However, we had a very small room, with no ventilation, unusable wi-fi, a w-shaped mattress, 4 lumpy pillows, good shower (!), a good view of the beach from the small window (but not worth the £5 extra per night), TV missing channel 4, no 4G or 5G available. We knew there was no parking and found places to park the car in the town, which would be more difficult during peak times. We have been to the Premier Inn at Lake and that was good, we won't use this one again.

Stayes for 2nights. Very clean and nice. Got an early check in. No Parking at the venue but has few parking sites within walking distance. Easy access to city and the beach. Waqar was very helpful and friendly during our stay. Good food. Enjoyed.

From the mattress to the pillows, to the duvet to the blackout curtains you are sure to get the best night's sleep of your life. I am very sensitive to noise, but there are no noises coming from the rest of the hotel. Struggling to pry myself out of the bed to be honest. The view overlooking sandown bay is lovely. You can even lay in bed and see the sea.

Another amazing stay at the Sandown seafront premier inn. Stunning view of the beach and the staff really make you feel welcome especially those in the restaurant. We have decided to come back more often as a family treat. Well done to all the staff!

We had a lovely welcome at the check in desk which started of a lovely stay. We were at the hotel for Christmas dinner and what a lovely experience we had, the dinner was a great price and we really enjoyed our dinner and the fact you could have a late drink in the hotel bar. The downside was the bar man that had worked a long shift and was back the day after for a early shift the weather was pleasant I asked to sit outside and he snapped my head off asking if I had a table booked knowing I had just had my breakfast ( he had seen) me a number of times around the hotel / Bar, shame to what was a fab Christmas Day with great staff.

The friendliest receptionist waqar easy quick check in, quick change of room type, then added a cot for me.. nothing was to much trouble. Room perfect and clean, with a sea view. Would recommend this hotel to anyone as its a lovely location and friendly staff
