Need to fix the shower curtain rod and replace the shower head

Everywhere I looked there were roaches and I pay my hard earned money to stay somewhere and this was unacceptable, the towels were dirty, the sheets were inside out and dirty as well as the pillowcases, I am highly disappointed

Even though the room was suppose to be smoke free, it Han a scent of someone smoking in the room before. The Matress are very hard and uncomfortable .

The first thing I noticed was the floor was dirty. I had no bath mat and the mattress was hard.

The door of my first room was broken and locked me inside. The second room was beside a loud party and I don’t get much sleep despite calling the front desk. The third room I tried was alright for my second night.

Most disgusting, sad room I have ever stayed in. Thankfully didn't notice the roaches until the morning I left.
