酒店的大堂女服務員十分友善和有禮，由於酒店是一座歷史建築物，沒有電梯，她個子小小卻很用心幫我們把行李拉上樓梯房間。房間寬敞闊落，裝修十分溫馨，很有英國小鎮情調。酒店的早餐十分好，小朋友吃得很開心。是一間性價比和服務都很高的英國小鎮酒店

Hotel ubicato al centro del paese di Sandbach. Camera non grande ma dotata di macchina caffe' Nespresso e frigo bar. La vera chicca e' il bagno, con ampia doccia a pavimento, due lavabi e un'enorme vasca da bagno...in pratica bagno grande quanto la stanza. Personale cordiale e ristorante dell'albergo assolutamente da provare. Rapporto qualita' prezzo ottimo sia nel pernotto che al ristorante.

What a stunning place to stay! From the room, to the bar, to the restaurant, to the staff! Superb! I would like to give a special shout out to Amy. She greeted us upon arrival and had the warmest welcome - this immediately put our hopes high that we were going to have a pleasant stay. Again, at breakfast, her warm smile and personality was there! Amy’s boss…..she needs a pay rise! Wonderful lady. Would highly recommend staying here and I know we will be back.

Plus points: Good breakfast. Quality ingredients and well cooked. Friendly and prompt welcome. Convenient central location. Not cheap but good value for money. Negative points: Room was above the bar and the noise seeped through to some extent. Not a big problem but not ideal. On the morning we were due to leave we were told we'd need to move our car before 10am because the lines were being repainted. I can't believe this wasn't known about the day before and didn't appreciate having to interrupt my breakfast to move it.

What a lovely hotel! Good location Easy parking Spotlessly clean Rooms are lovely Bed is one of the best I’ve ever slept in! Food is superb Open fire in the bar! Love it! The staff are always great! Amy and Liam in particular were really nice. Friendly, professional, welcoming, ensured we had a relaxing and enjoyable time.

Brilliant get together with family (cousins reunion) for the second year in a row. The hotel is lovely, food is great and the staff are all amazing. Dan Lloyd and Liam Barnes were especially helpful. We will all be back next year. Sandbach is also a great place to visit.

We paid for a double superior room however the room itself was very small. The bathroom with the roll top bath was bigger. The lamp on the desk didn’t work and there was no milk for the hot drinks. The room itself was extremely extremely hot and with one fan it just didn’t make a difference so we didnt have a good night sleep at all. The room and hotel itself were lovely and very nicely done out.

A really prefect stay in this gem - we stayed with family for an event the following day and were made to feel extremely welcome. The room was beautifully appointed and, although noisy from the road, the ear plugs provided did the trick, as did the electric black out blinds. This was a high quality stay for a reasonable price- given we paid more for a stay in the drab and tired Watford Hilton the previous weekend. We will be back!

Amy was the best I had an issue with Booking the room online so she sorted it . Our room was fantastic so comfortable , food great and it’s rare to get to see colleagues passionate about their work . Best experience for a long time. Well done all. Ian. Sue.
