Do not be fooled - this is a pretend 5 star hotel. The service is terrible and the staff does not understand basics of customer service. There is an obvious lack of management oversight to ensure things are running. Timely maintenance does not seem to be their strong side - the jacuzzi was not working propely over our stay and they did not really employ visible efforts to fix it or explain otherwise. Everyone lacks general accountability and maybe even understanding on what their role is and how that role contributes to a nice experience and satisfaction of their guests. Will never return nor recommend this place to anyone. Stay away.

This is not a 5-star luxury hotel, it's being promoted. Service is terrible, and you can get them to do anything. Overall hotel staff (apart from the cleaning staff) is not polite and nowhere to be found when needed. Buffet breakfast is available for only 2h in the morning and if you go towards the end, there is literary no food, and the staff is refusing to refill. We made one type of reservation, we were given a different room. Overall, very bad experience, an overpriced hotel with 0 service.

The hotel is operating with minimum required staff. Poor quality of the food. Dining area dirty with spider webs and strange bugs under the tables. Construction work during our stay. People leaving towels on the sun beds from 6:00 am to get good spot at the pool

We stayed 2 nights. Hotel facilities, including outdoor swimming pools, were amazing. Although not everything is super new, it’s spotless and well maintained. We had an issue with the air conditioning which we reported to reception. Their reaction was quick. The issue couldn’t be resolved and they upgraded us to another appartment. breakfast was delicious, especially waffles and pancakes. We also had dinner included in the price. Food varieties were good. Each dish was delicious and tasted differently, unlike other places where everything on buffet dinner taste the same. Overall 10 put of 10

The restaurants in this hotel definately are not 5 star. Only one of two restaurants works. Waiter bad service. Bad quality of juice and fruits on breakfast. Smoking people in indoor part of restaurant. Deluxe rooms are big and clean. Nice room personal.

First of all, such a beautiful place and such a wonderful hotel! The interior and exterior and service is really worth 5 stars! So fantastic how the hotel blending perfectly into the nature! Such a beautiful park next to the hotel with the river Bistrica! The staff is very friendly and helpful. A huge thanks to the General manager Mrs. George Mitrev for such a heart warming welcoming and attention to the hotel’s guests! We will come back indeed! And we highly recommend to visit Park hotel Pirin! A place one in a million! Asta and Emo

The hotel was wonderful. The rooms were very clean and tidy and the food was amazing. We had a wonderful time in the yard drinking prosseco. The pool was heated and besides the not very warm weather we had a lot of fun swimming outside and sunbathing. The staff were really nice. Our stay was great there and we will definitely go back there very soon.

Amazing experience!!! Extremely clean rooms, friendly welcome, polite staff. The food in the restaurant was not particularly diverse, but this is not a problem for us. Spa can be improved. We will certainly come again and recommend to friends!

Not at all a 5-star experience! Hardly close to a 4-star hotel. Old furniture, amortized facilities, poor SPA and low quality food, especially for breakfast with that frozen mozzarella and humus from the big box bought at the supermarket! If one would expect a 5-star experience, this is definitely not the place…
