Hotel in zona Labuk Bay Proboscis Monkey Sanctuary, Sandakan

Prachtig verblijf met sfeer waarbij de kamer compleet is. Heerlijk comfortabel bed, klamboe, schoon linnengoed en airco. Het ontbijt is erg karig en geen must have om naar uit te kijken, jammer want dat maakt je verblijf wel helemaal af. Kunnen ze nog in verbeteren! Voor elk extraatje betaal je meer; yogyurtje, water Etc. Terwijl als je à la carte besteld het eten heerlijk is. Zwembad is schoon, temp van de omgeving dus niet echt verkoelend maar onze kids hebben zich er prima in vermaakt. Genoeg bedjes erom heen. Wij waren hier omdat de rest erom heen volgeboekt was. Qua prijs / kwaliteit verhouding vond ik het minder en hoef je hier niet te zijn qua extra luxe voor wat je betaald. Jammer want met de puntjes op de i zou dit echt een volledige aanrader zijn! Misschien te kritisch en voor Maleisië begrippen is dit ene luxe :) Personeel is super vriendelijk, kunnen goed zingen en altijd bereid je te woord te staan.

We were fairly exhausted by the time we arrived at this very special place, but our tired feet and overheated heads were immediately forgotten. Staying in a spacious stand alone bungalow we were treated like kings from the moment we arrived. This unique resort is small, secluded and intimately designed to be away from the rushing crowds. This is not like a chain resort, so if you want multiple dining options, a shop and a hydro slide you won't find it here. This is not a Hilton, so expect rustic and hand crafted as opposed to marble and plush carpet. People were doing yoga in the garden, meditating on the decks, and generally chilling in comfy chairs. It seemed a very respectful place, so welcoming and one of a kind. Leave your shoes by the steps to the dining area to truly set yourself up for the experience, on a raised, sprawling deck with fabulous forest views - you might even get a peek at some of the wildlife... The breakfast was unfortunately nothing to write home about and poorly serviced, which was kind of disappointing after our delicious dinner the night before, but realistically that wasn't why we were there. We also were required to pay separately for our dinner and drinks but I did wonder if this was operated separately from the accommodation. Our reason for visiting was wildlife and proximity to the sun bears and orangutan reserves. We also visited proboscis monkeys and crocodiles while here. Websites quote that resort is 10 minutes walk to the Orangutan Reserve - my recommendation would be set out expecting 20 minutes unless you walk fast or arrange transport if the heat gets to you. Daughter proclaimed this the most perfect place she has ever been. Hard to argue. We hope to return as it felt dreamlike.

The breakfast they provide is buffets and very worth with the room rate of rm130. They provide 1 - Rice (Same for the next 2 days stay) 1 - Noodles (different each day) 1 - Meat (chicken) (different each day) 1 - Sausage (different each day) 1 - half boiled Eggs (Same for the next 2 days stay) 1 kind of Fruits (Same for the next 2 days stay) 2 kind of Kuih. (Same for the next 2 days stay)

Hotel Labuk in Sandakan offers a comfortable and pleasant stay with its modern amenities and friendly staff. The rooms are well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploration. The hotel's location is convenient, close to local attractions and dining options. While the facilities are generally good, the decor a bit dated. Overall, Hotel Labuk provides good value for money.

L'hotel è strategicamente situato. Tuttavia, la configurazione dell'hotel è piuttosto strano. Il cliente ha bisogno di chiavi nei propri dati durante l'iscrizione. Il bistro vicino alla porta gioca molto forte musica. Fortunatamente chiudono il negozio molto presto alla notte.

All in a good condition.. 1. Very clean. 2. All lighting works very well. 3. Toilet & Bathroom 👍 4. Television and Chanel works easily with strong WiFi connections

Vale la pena. La stanza era davvero comoda. Non ho avuto la possibilità di ottenere il colazione perché ero troppo occupato con la mia intervista. Certamente rimarrò lì quando torno a Sandakan.

L'ostello è di base e non ci sono due modi per farlo. Sì, è economico, così economico che i miei amici e io abbiamo una camera privata ciascuno. Ma io credo che l'ostello possa pagare più e più per aggiornare la decorazione e le strutture, e offrire anche più di un grande e accogliente colazione che un po' di gioiello e un po' di pane, ma il personale era estremamente amichevole e utile. Niente era troppo difficile per loro. La posizione è anche grande. Nel centro di Sandakan e si sentiva molto sicuro. L'ostello fa quello che deve fare se hai bisogno di un posto economico per soggiornare.

Hotel sorprendentemente moderno, che affaccia proprio sulla piazza principale di Sandakan, ma che dispone di camere silenziose. Colazione servita al primo piano della palazzina adiacente all'hotel: il buffet più ricco del nostro viaggio, con ampia scelta di opzioni dolci, una rarità per la Malesia. Solo un paio di difetti da segnalare: il lavandino del bagno era veramente ma veramente minuscolo, e la qualità della connessione wifi nelle stanze è da migliorare. Comunque il rapporto qualità-prezzo è imbattibile, e ci tornerei.
