Location in IJM very convenient as many food options around. Room is comfortable and clean enough for 2 nights stay but my room the shower did not have hot water only lukewarm water. Staff helpful and friendly.

Location is good, but faced toilet bowl clogged problem. Anyway just 1 night. Still will come again

location is near to mini market and restaurant. But hotel no breakfast included.

Room in second floor, need to walk up at staircase, with luggages will be tough. Room we stayed have no wardore, cannot hang/put clothes. Only one room key card is inconvient, twin rom 2 person should get 2 cards. TV programs only local TV, boring.

Excellent location; near to airport and many cafes and restaurants around the hotel.

Hotel is located at IJM, plenty of restaurants nearby and easy to find laundry facilities as well. Room is big and spacious, although the internet connection is a bit slow.

Best location. Close to eateries. Urban Cafe, serves cakes just few shoplots away. Wish the hotel provided shower cream instead of soap bars.

Staff were friendly and helpful, but tv channel in tbe room not clear, blur

Nothing much to complain for this price. Hotel also will try their best to accommodate your request.
