Good location near restaurants and entertainment area is a happening area in Sandakan doesn’t like town so quiet ..

Good price, bigger room and clean. Well maintenance comparing to the nearby hotel. Strategic location, there are a lot of kopitiam, cafe or restaurants nearby. Supermarket also a short walking distance. The only disappointment is the boiler, the water temperature is too hot and unable to adjust. Guest either need to adapt the hot water or take shower with the cold water.

Nice and clean, comfortable and staff friendly

Shared Toilet has been given for my room, and when I requesedt for an upgrade for attached toilet, price is similar to room on 5stars hotel 😳

Overall experience is acceptable with the price paid. The only issue was the shower water not strong enough..

location is amazing. room is small and tight. there’s water dispenser which is great. walking distance to a lot of food.

Good hotels for short stays as there are many good restaurants and few grocery shops in this area. Staff was not super friendly but very helpful. Just standby some cash as deposit as required upon check-in.

Stayed there for a marathon event. Just nice for the price.

So far so good. Not have any expectation to this hotel. Need to add-on since bath room is separated.

Service- They forgot to provide water in tour room,

hard to use the water heater, you need to turn on the heater switch 15mins before you want to take bath.

Everything is good. The hotel room is also very comfortable and nice. For those who never came to sandakan you better try this hotel.
