Went SS for 3nights, stay at UMA suites. It’s ok! Easy to access everywhere. Away from the old town but can walk along the beach to the old town. Bus stops nearby , also convenient too. Nice cafes around the area too. Room is clean and tidy, spacious. Common area has coffee machine too. The only thing we don’t like it’s the room they assigned us was a disabled designed bathroom. The water flood everywhere everytime we go shower.

Genial. Nuevo y limpio. Habitación espaciosa y funcional. Tiene secador y jabones. Tiene café y té disponible tanto en la habitación como en el hall. Buena comunicación y fácil acceso. Al lado de la playa de Ondarreta.

Servicio excelente y un trato magnífico. Habitación perfecta para pasar unos días. Aunque es difícil encontrar aparcamiento ya que es zona azul.

非常舒適乾淨的環境，房間大衞生間大而且超級乾淨，離貝殼海灘步行5分鐘，性價比超高，是我最好的體驗下次一定還來這家旅館，並推薦給家人和朋友

Buen sitio y muy bien ubicado de la playa, a 20 minutos de la parte vieja

Soggiorno perfetto. Camera e pulizie ok. Vicino alla spiaggia di Ondarreta e comodo con i mezzi pubblici per il centro citta’ e stazione autobus. Caffe’ con macchina nespresso in camera e due cialde al giorno. Nell’hall dell’albergo caffe’ e acqua free. Nei dintorni bar e pasticcerie. Zona tranquilla. Ritorneremo sicuramente

Tenendo conto dei prezzi altissimi di San Sebastian trovo che questo hotel sia un buon compromesso. Vantaggi: nuovo, pulito, essenziale ma ben rifinito e di gusto, tranquillo, vicinissimo alla spiaggia Svantaggi: reception non 24 ore, assenza di frigo bar in stanza e di un distributore automatico di bevande, parcheggio in strada a pagamento. La colazione non viene fornita ma proprio girato l'angolo è pieno di bellissimi bar e pasticcerie con tavolini. Piacevole la passeggiata sul lungomare che porta nel centro di San Sebastian

We were very disappointed with our stay. Shortly after checking in, we found a cockroach in our room. This was extremely distressing and raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. To their credit, the staff responded promptly and moved us to a different room. However, when we requested fair compensation for the inconvenience, the hotel only offered a 20% discount. We explained that the experience warranted a larger gesture—at least 50%—given the unacceptable condition of the room and the disruption to our stay, but they refused. The new room was fine, but the incident left a negative impression. We expected better standards and accountability from a property of this level. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

An absolute gem of a place!!!! .....amazing location, staff, extremely helpful and very friendly, it totally made our trip, just fantastic. The location is perfect to access the area s of the city, parking was a 10minute walk way, but we were able to drop off and collect out baggs outside the hotel with no problems. the parking is very safe and secure, you need to see the consigre to get the lower rate too. The hotel was spotless! we have been travelling all over Spain for the last month and this was, by far, the cleanest. The bed so comfortable, decent fridge, kettle, tea and coffee in the room , the towels were huge! the best I think Ive ever had, all over the world... We cannot fault the staff of hotel in anyway, shape or form, I highly recommend and we will not hesitate to return . there was a little traffic noise but that would not put me off returning again. These guys work so hard to make the stay perfect and it was! Thanks guys , we will be back!

Superb location beside Ondarreta beach. It is a Beautiful location. Ondarreta is a wonderful village with great coffee houses. The hotel has excellent staff and, guest facilities. Its quiet and rooms are large. Intend returning. Everything a visitor needs is close by.

We were so happy with our four nights stay at the hotel. Liked the location and the neighborhood, the rooms were clean with comfortable beds, linen, towels and products. Great with the water and coffee in the lobby and the possibility to loan bicycles. The staff were nice and welcoming… we were most in contact with Xavier who was so attentive, helpful and communicative in every possible way. Thanks for a lovely stay and we hope to return in the future.

Great location, very nice beach just 5 min walk away. Loved the area - lots of great food nearby. It's also more local, so you get to escape the tourist crowd in Old Town (but still have quick access to more touristy areas if you want to experience it!). But it was the staff that really made this stay 5 stars. They went out of their way to assist throughout the stay, and especially when my return flight was cancelled - going as far as helping me find alternative flight options. Thank you again!
