This is a little gem in Donostia. It doesn't have a lot of rooms, so it always feels quite exclusive to sleep here. The location -a quiet street just a few meters away from the Ondarreta Beach- is great and safe. The Monte Igeldo cable car is also very close as well as quite a lot of local dining options, especially along Matia Kalea. The hotel's area is also well-connected to the city centre and the old town thanks to several buses that run along De Zumalakarregi Hiribidea. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, quiet, clean and well-equipped (they have a kettle and also a mini-fridge). The hotel offers a breakfast buffet for 15 EUR in the underground dining room, but I didn't try it.

The property is like stepping into a different era.. it has a French chateau feel about it. It was very central to third beach and the neighbourhood was very local with good bars and bakeries. The man at the front desk was very helpful. It’s not the most modern of hotels, but that is part of its charm & it was comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay.

Had 2 lovely nights at La Galeria in San Sebastián. Right opposite the beach so great for dog walkies. We booked a sea view room with breakfast. View was great but can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t have it as we couldn’t take the dog to the breakfast room nor could we leave the dog in the room. Didn’t fancy having breakfast solo. No problem as good bakeries and cafes nearby. Beds were super comfy and shower was good. We all had a good stay and would be happy to return.

Joli hôtel, très bien situé proche de la concha, le cadre est superbe, Intérieur atypique, les chambres sont agréables et propres, même si les finitions (notamment les peintures) laissent a désirer. Pas contre le plus gros problème c'est le manque total insonorisation, c'est dommage car on entend tout,les chambres, couloir etc... De plus le petit déjeuner a 15 euros est correct mais un cher , rapport qualité prix. C'est dommage a cause de c'est 2 points

Laute Zimmer Mangelnde Sauberkeit Überteuert Preis Leistung Verhältnis stimmt nicht. Völlig überteuert. Unser Aufenthalt vom 18-20 Mai kostete für 2 Zimmer (1 Einzel, 1 Doppel) 710 Euro. Allein der Zuschlag für die Hunde war 80 Euro. Und kein Service dafür erhalten. Trotz guter Lage und kostenloses Parking ist das Hotel wegen mangelnder Sauberkeit und Service nicht empfehlenswert. Alles ist veraltet und renovierungsbedürftig. Schade: Aussen Top, Innen Flop

La chica de recepción es muy amable, es cierto que la recepción parece de película de misterio pero es la temática que toma el hotel. Habitación cómoda y baño algo estrecho pero no le falta de nada. Si quieres ver el centro la ubicación no es la perfecta puesto que tienes 25 min a pie aunque es por el paseo marítimo. Aparcamiento gratuito, no sé qué más se necesita.

Lo unico bueno que tiene, la ubicacion. El parking que dice tener, es la entrada principal del hotel. Se aparca de tal manera que un coche bloquea al otro. Es decir, que si alguien aparca despues de ti, olvidate de la posibilidad de disponer de tu propio vehiculo. La entrada tenebrosa. La habitacion pequeña. La cama de matrimonio, de 135cm. El ventilador que está dispuesto en el techo, no funcionaba. El baño, anticuado, además de que no tuvimos agua caliente. Además la presión del chorro, flojisimo. Y el precio carisimo. Una noche de fin de semana, 320€. Ni lo recomendaré (más bien lo desrecomendare) ni por supuesto repetiré. Horrible.

Situación excepcional. Si te dan una habitación con vistas a la playa la experiencia es maravillosa. Es lo mejor del hotel, las vistas y la ubicación, situado en un barrio precioso con unos edificios que parecen de revista de arquitectura. El hotel por dentro es algo peculiar, parece que estás en el siglo VXIII, pero las camas y el baño impecables. Servicios sencillos pero los suficientes . Personal amable. Quedamos encantados.
