Absolutely a wonderful experience with the personal. Very helpful and kind, the hotel is beautiful and the views just breathtaking... looking forward to visiting again and staying in the same place

This hotel was one of the best we stayed at during our 2 week trip to Costa Rica. The hotel was clean, well-designed, had great breakfast and an amazing pool and view. Our 7 year old loved the friendly cats that live outside and also loved finding the hidden trampoline. The owners and staff were also super friendly and helpful. The area was also very safe. Highly recommended

The place was nice, but if you're a light sleeper it can be kind of noisy. My husband, on the other hand, had no issues sleeping through the night. They are animal friendly too which also didn't fair well with my cat allergies.

Good service and excellent views, the the place is not convenient to anything. You do need a car to be there, and nothing is within walking distance. That said, there are no side walks and it is dangerous to walk.
Also, parking is limited, so be sure to call in to say you have a car.
The cicadas were particularly loud the day we were there. The decibel level was between 75-85 db, which I realize, there is nothing they can do about it short of getting sound proof windows.
Staff is very nice, and professional. Breakfast was good.

Very comfortable, great breakfast, nice views and cats...lots of them. My kids couldn't get enough of them. Definitely going back here on our next visit.

It was a peaceful location with a stunning view of San Jose. The staff made us feel like this was our home. We will stay here every time we are in San Jose!!

This is a beautiful boutique hotel with so much charm and comfort incredible city views of San Jose and a great pool. The free breakfast was delicious. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Wanted take out food for dinner and decided to stay at the hotel and the staff ordered it for us.
