Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a San Pedro Sula

We stayed here one night for a wedding being held at the attached convention centre. Firstly, I want to comment that this is a very safe property with high security at the only entrance, so we felt completely safe walking their lovely grounds. The pool area is very nice with ample room for swimming and a shallow area and splash pad for children. We took advantage of the poolside bar. Our room was a bit on the small side but perfectly adequate for our one night stay. The room and bathroom were very clean. Comfortable bed. VERY powerful AC (which is important in SPS). All the rooms have windows which open fully, so just be aware if you are travelling with small children. The included breakfast buffet was also very good, there is even a tortilla station for fresh hand-made tortillas. We also ate at the restaurant the convention centre. Their food is very good and they have an extensive cocktail menu. The gin cocktails are delicious. The highlight of our stay was the EXCEPTIONAL service provided at the convention centre. The food and beverage staff clearly take great pride in providing excellent customer service. We were simply guests at the wedding, not VIPs, and yet we felt like rock stars. The servers were so attentive, anticipating our needs, and going out of their way to make sure every guest had everything they wanted. We never went without our drink being refilled. Truly the best service I have ever experienced at a function. Coming from North America, the service at other functions I have attended does not even come close. You have a really great staff here. The food was outstanding as well. Very high quality for a large function. Lastly, I also want to point out that I appreciate that you can contact the hotel through WhatsApp. Being from North America, I was able to contact the hotel easily using WhatsApp and also call using the app them to give my credit card information for booking, which saved me money and time from having to call internationally. Much appreciated. I would 100% recommend for anyone staying in SPS. Muchas gracias por todo.

Josue the manager was great! 5 stars for sure. We stayed here for a church mission. Everyone had a great experience. These people care about you and you can tell. I’ve been to other hotels in Honduras and this one was by far one of the best experiences. The workers were true gentlemen and never made me feel like I was a nuisance or a burden. Food is great and buffet style so eat up! Parking is super safe and secure, they lock up after 11 pm or so. Rooms are super clean and beds always made fresh. Stay here you won’t regret it.

Watching the hotel staff ensure the functioning of the Intercontinental San Pedro Sula’s rooms, spa, gym and three restaurants/bar, is exhausting. A lot of work goes into maintaining the various functions of this aging and comparatively large property. With that said, the friendliness and professionalism of the hotel staff were the highlight of my two-week stay here. Unfortunately, the same staff accolades cannot be given to the management/ownership of this property. Aloof and not customer service oriented, the management at this hotel (and owner) clearly fall short. For one, the decision to allow construction in and around the restaurant area during dinner time was a poor one. If the hotel had a theme song, it would surely be the sound of seemingly endless construction (this hotel does, indeed, feel like it is constantly being renovated). Each of my dinners (and lunches) were impacted by the noisy construction taking place at the most inopportune times possible. Additionally, I would encourage management to reconsider its strategy with the Executive/Club floor. I stayed on the Executive Floor, which, theoretically afforded certain benefits; many of which were inconsistently available - namely availability of the Club Lounge for breakfast and afternoon/evening snacks. The lounge was often not available for either - perhaps because of a lack of guests (?). In any case, this is an easy way to reduce the value of these room upgrades and I would strongly encourage anyone who chooses to stay here from opting for Executive level rooms. Rooms were standard and kept clean. The Intercontinental San Pedro Sula is probably one of the best options in town, but it could - and indeed should - be so much better.

I had a brief stay here while passing through San Pedro Sula and as a Gold Honors member with Hilton I was able to use the points I had saved up for a free night. The hotel proactively upgraded me to a slightly nicer room (I think?) which I appreciated. The hotel is indeed a bit dated, particularly in the rooms and more so the bathrooms. However, it was overall quite comfortable, clean and safe. The air conditioning was wonderful considering how hot and sticky the city. Employees especially Martin at the front door were quite friendly and helpful. The beds were up to the Hilton standard which are nice--not as good as InterContinental's beds but still very comfortable. The pool area is actually quite pretty and if I was staying there longer I would probably lounge around it--at least for a while before it gets too hot! While the prices are a bit elevated in my opinion and the hotel could use more remodeling or renovations I overall was pleased with my stay and would recommend it to others.

Welcome, travelers. This is just a beautiful spot. The staff was so friendly and helpful, when i needed an iron Sergio brought it immediately with a smile. Our poolside cabin was clean and spacious, with a robust AC unit that cooled down the room immediately. The wifi was fast enough that I could work and the facilities were accommodating. Comfy bed. The food, drink, and vibe were excellent - incredible views at the top of the hill. Jason at the brewery was too cool, inviting us on a 4x4 ride and letting me check out his dad's old guitar collection. There's live music on premises every saturday! It's like you're staying backstage (far enough away to sleepif you're tired!) Angeli's feel is a great mix of laid back and luxurious. Relaxing by the pool or exploring the grounds provides ample opportunity to satisfy your vacation appetites whatever they may be. As always, the staff is available by whatsapp or in person to help you out in any way. I'm realizing i sound like an ad.. I just had a great time and would (will!) recommend a stay at Angeli Gardens to anyone who wants just enough adventure. Happy trails!

Quando ho controllato in uno dei manager aiutava una nuova persona di front desk check-in e fu furiosa di salutarmi. Questa è la stessa vibrazione Aloft che si potrebbe ottenere in qualsiasi altra posizione.La camera era tranquilla, comoda e un piccolo frigorifero nella stanza. Lavoro per giorni, quindi sono un po' imbarazzato di dire due di quelle notti che ero troppo stanco per mangiare in un ristorante del quartiere e mangiare in un ristorante dell'hotel. Il ristorante ha un menu simile limitato ad altri Alofts. Non è cucina alta, ma è molto meglio di mangiare cibo veloce.Parlando di cibo veloce c'è un Popeye e un Dunkin' Donuts intorno all'angolo, se è questo il vostro caso. C'è un buffet per colazione con uova scrambled (possibilmente cotte un po' più tempo IMHO), salsa, feci e piante fritte. C'è stata anche una selezione di carne e formaggio. Non è un modo cattivo per iniziare il giorno. Non sono sicuro del prezzo perché non ho ancora fatto i miei costi. Dopo avermi accolto, mi sono sempre salutato per nome, qualcosa che di solito sperimento solo a Ritz Carltons. Bella toccata. C'è una piscina al tetto. L'ho visto dalla mia stanza, ma non ho mai avuto tempo di visitarla. Mentre aspettava nel lobby, il nostro contatto locale si è infilato nella persona di Marriott che si trovava. Ha scusato per la curva di apprendimento del personale. Sono un membro del Platino di premio Marriott per tutta la vita (almeno 50 notti all'anno per 10 anni). Conosco bene il marchio. Questo hotel sarà tutto a posto. Mi sono fermato qui per tre notti in un viaggio di lavoro che era stato programmato in giugno prima che questo posto fosse aperto. Sarei rimasto al loro vicino Intercontinentale, che certamente sarebbe stato bene, percio' se fossi tornato a visitare, sarei rimasto qui.
