The rooms are big, mine had a kitchen and everything, coffee maker in room. Beds comfortable. Room and bathroom acceptably clean. The air-conditioning didn't cool the room very well as it was a big room and only a small unit.
The only problem I had was that I was on the island on a day when there was a planned power outage and no one at the hotel informed me of this so I woke up in a hot room, no flushing toilet, no way of getting cash out and worst of all no WiFi which I needed as I had no local sim, therefore no mobile signal and no way of contacting anyone or organising anything at all. If I had been informed I could have gone to an atm the day before and done all of my organising of tours and transport.
Other than that, they were lovely.

Nice clean place. The manager Adrien is awesome, he accommodated us when we were in need. Entertaining and fun daily activities at Nauti Crab. Close to beach and other restaurants. Easy close and safe parking for golf cart. Overall good experience.

If you like cold showers look no further ! Repeatly asked for them to fix my hot water In the suite room. I upgraded my room to the best one on top floor and turns out no hot water. I've gone to the desk and asked them to fix it. They then said yeah I called a guy he's coming to fix it an it never did, would not be surprised if he didn't even call. The water pressure here is also terrible.

Seven Seas resort was an awesome place to stay during our week vacation in San Pedro. The location was unbeatable, and the views were amazing. Adrian and Krista were very accommodating and extremely helpful throughout our stay with anything we needed whether it be suggestions on what to do that do or knowing who to call for a taxi/golf cart rental, etc. Communication was a breeze and they welcomed us as soon as we arrived in town. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. They really make you feel at home. Will be back for another stay!

Seven Seas is in a great location! Has onsite parking and is connected to the Nauti Crab-a really cute bar with theme nights! Dive shop is across the street! It was clean and had what you needed for a beach stay! Staff was helpful and responsive!

This is an older resort but just what I needed. The rooms are set up like a studio apartment- very self sufficient. Air conditioning provided in the bedroom. HK at request but we just got our supplies as needed.

I absolutely loved my stay here. While this is an older hotel the rooms are clean, Air conditioner works well, and the showers have piping hot water with great water pressure. I found the king bed to be very comfortable as well. Their pictures of rooms/descriptions are exactly as advertised. What really makes this place five starts is the staff. Adrian the front desk manger/concierge provide amazing service. From providing recommendations on places to visit to making reservations for dinner or booking excursions he will make you feel at home. The Nauti crab bar on site is also fabulous with daily events that are lots of fun. Their servers and bar tenders are quick even on busy nights serving delicious cocktails and great food. We went fishing one day and they even cooked our fish just the way we wanted. I can’t say enough good things about this place and can’t wait to come back!

The room was huge, though the bathroom small, the bed was good, coffee and water was provided. The best however, was the view of the ocean right out the door. The bar was right below us but other than one night of the six it wasn't an issue at all, as they close at 10:00pm in order to keep the noise down. The staff was amazing. Friendly and helpful in any and everyway they could be.

We just got back a few days ago 😔 Seven Seas is the best place! This was our second time staying here. Everyone is amazing and treats you like close friends. Not only are the people awesome, the activities are so much fun. Who hasn't raced a hermit crab before? You can do it Tuesdays at the Nauti Crab! Bingo, trivia and karaoke throughout the week, also. Grab some delicious food and drinks and don't forget to feed Lance when he comes sniffing around! 🐕 Shout out to all the great people at Seven Seas and Nauti Crab!! We will see you again!
