We love staying at the coral princess
Staff is wonderful
Access into great snorkeling and scuba is spectacular

Excellent staff, very friendly and serviceminded. The food and drinks on the hotel was great (when ordering from the menu). The rooms are a bit old.

The pool was freezing. Our door handle broke on the first day and continues to have issues, the hot water did not work the first two days after they said they fixed it and lastly our room was not served even with the service sign needed on the door.

The continental breakfast was overpriced and didn't include a protien. Exposed bare wiring in the pool area and ungrounded outlets throughout the property. No ice machine and no mini fridge in our room.

One bedroom king suite not as pictured. When I asked to be moved to same style and size of room as photo showed I was told no.

Very well maintained, nicely decorated. Room was very clean and fairly spacious for its class. Staff was nice.
Their restaurant served the best chilaquiles I've found.
Happy we chose Coral Princess.

Beautiful beachfront with great snorkeling, pool, great people. Take a taxi there from the boat or airport. Restaurant open for breakfast and lunch til 5 great food. Drinks around the swim up pool. Our room did not have a microwave or refrigerator but did have a great ocean view and a/c. Will definitely stay again for longer.

The staff is terrific. This is one of the few properties with beach ocean access and if you dive they now have a newly opened dive shop, to take the place of the previous shop. Snorkeling all day. Great drinks and pool side snacks

Having a ladder down into the ocean where you can snorkel was why we picked this property. The restaurant was excellent and the staff were great. This is a older hotel, so as long as you accept that, this is a great place to stay.
