Le strutture sono molto vecchie, abbiamo provato a chiamare la reception dalla camera ma il telefono non funzionava a causa dell'età, gli asciugamani che ci hanno fornito erano bagnati, il cibo e la cena sono buoni

Non solo le strutture sono ben tenute, ma il personale è molto gentile e amichevole.
Inoltre, i pasti e le bevande all-inclusive sono vari e deliziosi e puoi rilassarti sulla spiaggia privata ben tenuta e poco affollata del resort.
Ho soggiornato per 4 giorni e 3 notti e non solo vorrei tornare di nuovo se ne avessi la possibilità, ma lo consiglierei vivamente anche ai miei amici.

All inclusive worth it bartender by the pool is amazing and attentive. Food is good but some dinner need reservations just a heads up.

L'hotel è stato valutato 8,0 ma la mia esperienza non rifletteva una valutazione così alta. Il direttore dell'hotel Raul è fantastico e accomodante. C'è solo un ristorante ed è tutto a buffet. Altri resort all-inclusive dispongono di ristoranti dove è possibile ordinare da un menu. Non qui. L'acqua non viene servita automaticamente, bisogna richiederla. I ristoranti non aprono in orario, il personale discuterà con gli ospiti e darà atteggiamento.
Ramirez, il barista era decisamente scortese e ha detto un'imprecazione in spagnolo quando ho chiesto da bere alle 21:58 (il bar chiude alle 22:00). La camera era ok ma aveva un mucchio di piccoli insetti (sembravano formiche ma non erano formiche) nel bagno. Gli insetti hanno controllato tutta la mia roba, schifoso.
Il lenzuolo non era pulito, c'erano macchie di cibo e capelli, le lenzuola non erano state cambiate prima del check-in. Il bar sulla spiaggia è appena aperto, il barista non c'è mai.
Direi a questo hotel un 4 ma sicuramente non un 8.

Si tratta di un albergo molto pulito e tranquillo. Il cibo è ottimo. Abbiamo semplicemente apprezzato la tranquillità, la piscina e l'accesso al centro. La camera ha un'ottima aria condizionata con un bel balcone per godersi la mattina e la sera.

This was an average property, not the nicest property we’ve ever stayed at, but it was clean, great drinks, great pool and great staff!! No swim up bar and the outside bartender can be a bit grumpy and slow. The dive shop is right across the street and they even have a tunnel that goes under the street for easy access. Taxi’s were easy to get and usually sitting outside. A ride to shopping and restaurants were less than 10 minutes and less than $10.00. Overall, a good value and a place I would recommend for someone on a budget 😃

The PROS: Special dinner available only 3 days a week was good, but it was limited to first come first serve in the number of guests allowed and don't expect the staff to tell you about it. Snorkeling was good. Free bikes to ride were nice minus the break downs. Convenient location. About a 10-minute walk to town. If diving is all you care about, this place will do just fine.
Cons: Staff is VERY slow. We asked for a Queen or King when we booked and upon arrival, but we got 2 Fulls. The next day we asked again and got it. It was available on check in but 3 staff members that were helping 1 customer ahead of us were all so frazzled. Not sure really why but they were. The new room had no refrigerator, so my husband carried it from the old room to new room. Dirty dishes from random room services would sit outside doorways for days. The workout room SUCKS! It would serve better to not offer. The place looked great 20 years ago but Shocked that Wyndham would put their name on this property because it is FAIR at best. Very Disappointed.

This resort is in a great location...just a short walk to city center. Although I have read some negative reviews about the food, I found all meals excellent. Very friendly and professional staff. I will definitely return.

Location great! Needed more lounge chairs by the pool! If you didn’t get your towel on some before 9:00 am you were out of luck! There was no washcloths, wish there would of been better knowledge of where dinner was located each night. Wait staff, both in pool area and dining was great!
