Viñedos San Francisco

Every time I come to this beautiful restaurant and winery, I ask myself why didn’t we not come here more often? The scenery and ambience is wonderful. The menu has a wide variety of food that will make anybody happy, and the quality is first rate. As is the service. My short ribs today were some of the best I’ve ever had, and everyone loved every part of their meal, especially the Gazpacho. The reserve Cabernet and the rosé were delightful and complemented our meals perfectly. This is well worth the trip outside of San miguel, which will take about 25 to 30 minutes max.

Amazing tranquil place to enjoy delicious food, local wine and service. Guadeloupe Ramirez was very attentive to us and had great recommendations for our meals and good knowledge of wines to pair. The olive oil is so good here! Looking forward to be back soon.

Stepping into the tasting room, the fusion of old-world charm and modern sophistication was evident. Arched doorways, rustic stone walls, and elegant glass fixtures coexist in harmonious balance. But the heart of San Francisco Vineyard lies in its wines. Each bottle tells a story — from the robust reds that reflect the region’s sunny days and cool nights to the light, crisp whites that dance on your palate. A highlight of my visit was the guided tasting tour, where the knowledgeable staff illuminated the journey of the grape, from vine to bottle. Their passion for the craft was palpable and made every sip even more enjoyable. In conclusion, San Francisco Vineyard in San Miguel de Allende is more than just a winery; it’s a testament to the beauty and richness of the region. For wine enthusiasts and novices alike, a visit here promises an experience that will linger long after the last drop. Cheers!

Reservations are a must to get onto the property, so call in advance. Just went for vino and lunch at the restaurant. It's a stunning structure with an enormous koi pond along the dining terrace. The pond separates the structure from the vineyards. Excellent wine and dining at very reasonable prices. You will need to taxi there from the city and due to the back roads you will drive, it will take a full 30 minutes from San Miguel town center.

Lugar maravilloso, pacífico y agradable. La comida deliciosa y el servicio de primera (nos atendió Coral R). El viñedo es un excelente lugar para pasar una tarde bien atendido con una comida deliciosa del chef Héctor. Siempre que venimos nos tratan excelente y nos sentimos como en casa
