This little oasis off the beaten track is worth the Uber ride into the city. It’s set back from the busy location of San Miguel de Allende. Yes you need to arrange a ride into town but the quietness is so worth it. The hotel is lovely with little spots to hang out away from prying eyes. It has a nice small pool that is great for that afternoon dip. The restaurant serves a nice meal, and breakfast is included with your stay. The hotel has several nice play lists for music. The outside bar is open to serve where ever you are on the hotel grounds. The outside grounds are filled with beautiful flowers to take the perfect picture. The Spa offers very nice services in a nicely lit room. It was a stay we would do again.

Overall, this place wasn't worth the money. We asked for a room with A/C, that A/C was broken. When asked to resolve they brought a standing fan, which did unfortunately not help. We had to move to another room without A/C, which was equally hot and stuffy. There are clearly rooms in need of updating and regular maintenance, which seemed overlooked. It isn't a large property, so the fact that the pool wasn't looked after well was disappointing since our whole reason for being there was to get a break from the heat with a day by the pool and a A/C cooled room for the night.
Dining was also limited and food mediocre for the price. Breakfast was complementary. We didn't opt for the fruit that came with it because my stomach can't take the acid, so we ended up getting two entrees and sharing the pancakes, which we were charged for anyways. Three tiny pancakes.
Hard pass on staying here again.

This was just a perfect stay, flawless.
The room was comfortable and had all that needed and wished with a very mexican style and a view to die for.
The sunset while having a drink and some food was unforgettable.
Used their spa servive and was magnificent.
The whole staff is just top notch.

PODRÍAN MEJORAR ÚNICAMENTE EL QUE TODOS LOS CUARTOS TUVIERAN UNA TERRAZA PERSONAL CON VISTA A LA PRESA CON ALGUNA CELOSÍA PARA QUE UNO PUEDA ABIR O CERRARLA DEPENDIENDO DE LO QUE UNO QUIERA PARA CON PRIVACIDAD. La vista es muy buena, y la atención en recepción fue excelente. Pero no revisaron mi habitación y habian cosas sin limpiar o sucias. El restaurante tenia pocas opciones de almuerzo, el desayuno si estuvo muy bueno. Si son personas que no les gusta los insectos, no lo recomiendo porque es bastante rustico, al natural y campestre (a mi no me incomodo pero a mi hermana si)
Conseguir transporte es dificil porque no llegan los uber, lo mejor es tener el contacto de un taxi desde recepción.

La regadera, de repente te estás bañando y te sale agua fría, como por 3 segundos, es muy desagradable
Segundo no me gusta que tienes que compartir la terraza y en la descripción del hotel no menciona nada de eso

El hotel está muy lindo tienen la mejor vista, los atardeceres son espectaculares, terraza con música y excelente servicio , el personal muy amable especialmente en la recepción y te ayudan con todo, las habitaciones súper limpias, el acceso sin problema. Me gustaría que la alberca estuviera caliente. Pero si regreso y vale la pena completamente .
