Le strutture di supporto sono complete e molto convenienti. Oltre ad essere lontano dalla spiaggia, tutto il resto è fantastico! C'è un'area di intrattenimento per bambini e c'è un piccolo supermercato al piano di sotto. È anche molto comodo chiamare un'auto e l'atteggiamento del personale è fantastico!

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura per la vicinanza all'aeroporto e per la posizione panoramica. La struttura si è rivelata all'altezza delle aspettative: curata e ben gestita, buffet colazioni buono e ricco, personale cortese e professionale, camere ampie e pulite, possibilità di parcheggio vicino alla struttura.

Residence molto ben tenuto, pulito e ben organizzato. Veramente gentile e competente il personale alla reception, ma tutto il personale del resort è molto gentile. Appartamento nuovo appena ristrutturato, materassi comodi per un buon sonno e ottimamente attrezzato. Bella la terrazza molto grande e con lettini e tavolo, doccia e barbecue. Pulizie ogni 4 giorni. Il resort dispone di una piscina riscaldata a 28 gradi, mentre le altre sono a temperatura normale. Bar e minimarket forniti di tutto. Non riesco a trovare qualcosa di negativo in questo resort, a parte il corridoio di atterraggio dell'aeroporto a 3 Km., rumore sordo e costante di giorno e assente di notte. Resta comunque una bella vacanza.

We’re just back from a brilliant 10day stay. The room was beautiful 4514, with amazing views of the castle and pools. The hotel is spotless and the staff are constantly cleaning, and really make an effort to keep it spotless. The pool isn’t any slipper than any other pool in my opinion, however we did wear flip flops and little one wore pool shoes all the time so never had any issues (never seen any falls either) Our little boy loved the splash pool, and big pools. The lifeguards are constantly walking around keeping an eye on things The Steak restaurant was amazing, we actually went twice as it was that good. The Italian was really nice as well and the kids being able to make their own pizzas is a great little extra, again we went twice. The buffet is just a standard buffet, nothing fancy, nothing terrible. I was quite bored of it by the end of the 10 days but the food was nice enough, I just prefer a proper restaurant rather than a buffet. We did actually eat out a couple of lunch times for a change of food. We ate in the dream factory once at lunch time however it was manic and waiting about 40mins for food (burger and nuggets) which was nice enough but we don’t tend to do fast food so didn’t bother with this again, plus with pigeons flying in here, it was too much for me to deal with (I have a huge phobia of birds so I struggled with that) The pigeons are also rife on the terrace at the buffet which is the nicest place to sit but I couldn’t enjoy my food with them being near me so we had to eat inside (although I did see a few come inside also, the hotel really need more sensors and deterrents around these areas) We never actually managed to see the shows we had booked as you have to be seated at 6.30pm for a 7pm start but the restaurants don’t open until 6.30 and when you have a 2 year old, dinner comes first. It’s a shame as we heard great things about the shows but in all honesty it didn’t effect our holiday at all. I would say the hotel needs more parasols as people are getting up very early to try and get beds with shade for the little ones (we did do this also) but if they had more l, people wouldn’t need to rush for beds. All in all, we had a brilliant time, I wouldn’t quite call it 5 star (I think Iv been spoiled by the Caribbean standard of 5 star) but still a fantastic hotel with great facilities (baby rooms on each floor are a brilliant touch) We don’t normally return to any hotels as we like to see other parts of the world etc but I would consider returning here one day.

L'ambiance de cet honnête reste familial. Simple mais convivial. Comme ds tous hôtel il y a des points positifs et d'autres négatifs. Les points positifs : - à 10 minutes de l'aéroport, - à 15 minutes des plages touristiques playa Los Americas ou celle des Christinos, et de l'ambiance ”vacances” des villes comme Costa Adeje, - pas mal de places pr se garer aux alentours (attention : parking de l'hôtel 7€) - soirées à thème chaque soir, en mode ”camping paradis”, - les cocktails du barman : top et large choix. Prix raisonnables. - La taille des chambres, spacieuses et pratiques pour une famille. - Le personnel de la réception, sympa et arrangeant. L'un des réceptionniste maîtrisait un peu le français ce qui a été un plus mais les autres, dont Javier, sont très sympas. - La piscine : non chauffée certe mais on s'y fait vite une fois dedans et elle est suffisamment grande, je trouve... Peu profondes 1,40m au max, appréciable des familles. Juste un bémol, les gens incivilisés laissent traîner leurs mégots ds les jardinières, ce qui est dommage. Les points négatifs, oui il y en a qd même un peu 🙄. - Peu d'excursions Nature autour de l'hôtel... - La déco est très soignée et jolie dans l'entrée, les patios, l'espace piscine mais fait qd même un peu ”vieillot” entre autre ds les chambres et la salle de resto. - La salle de spectacle est sympa avec pleins de photos de stars mais les couleurs ”chaudes, façon ibériques” la rende ”Vintage”. - Les frais en plus ne sont pas donnés (30€/nuit/chambre pr le changement de chambre que nous avions demandé et 10€/pers pr le ptit déj.) Je ne sais pas pr le reste... - Autre désagrément : les odeurs nauséabondes à certains moments de la journée entrez autre le soir... Et là dessus, malheureusement, l'hôtel n'y peut rien car je pense que ça vient du golf situé à proximité ou bien d'un truc qui ressemble à une station d'épuration. Alors, ça ne dure pas toute la journée ou nuit... ou alors mon nez c'est habitué mais c'est qd même dommage pr l'hôtel. Et dérangeant pr les résidents. - Manque de prise à côté du lit. Lampe de chevet, 1 prise donc pas possible de charger son téléphone portable la nuit. - Les avions qui passent la journée mais cela n'est pas dérangeant la nuit car au max à 23h, il n'y a plus de traffic donc la nuit, reste reposante qd même.
