I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights and never received room cleaning service. The hotel staff told me that I could get a room cleaning service once every other days, but it was not kept properly. This hotel is located next to a highway and does not have double glazed windows, so there is some noise from passing vehicles. And I paid for the hotel in advance, but apart from the cost of the hotel stay, they paid me 50 dollars separately without notice. I think the amount was probably a cost in the name of a deposit, but the cost has not yet been refunded even after 4 days.

My son was a Stanford transplant patient and this hotel was recommended by the hospital so he would be close after discharge. The staff made sure that my son was comfortable and truly cared about him during our extended stay at the hotel. We will definitely stay at this hotel again and we highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a bit out of the way from the center of Redwood City but has very good amenities. The rooms are clean and spacious. It is odd that housekeeping service is optional and only on offer every other day at most. Another undesirable holdover of the COVID-19 pandemic. Nice pool and gym facilities on site. The Bistro in the lobby area serves Starbucks coffee, nice breakfasts and quick suppers. The pantry by the front desk has a good variety of snacks & refreshments on offer, though the prices are steep. Staff are friendly and helpful

Siamo arrivati presto dopo un lungo volo, e purtroppo la nostra stanza non era pronta. Abbiamo capito - come controllo ”formale” solo alle 15. Tuttavia, ci è stato detto che una volta che la custodia inizia il loro turno, puliranno la nostra stanza prima (come era già stato controllato dall'ospite precedente). Abbiamo dovuto aspettare 4 ore, solo per essere assegnati in una stanza con strano odore in cui il tappeto di doccia è stato rotto! Quindi mi chiedo come si possa pulire questa stanza se non si può aprire l'acqua nel doccia? Comunque, siamo stati immediatamente trasferiti in un altro locale (in altre parole, hanno almeno due camere pronte dall'inizio e non avremmo dovuto aspettare così tanto). Se ignoro il cattivo inizio - questo hotel è molto buono e offre un bel posto per i turisti, mentre sospetto che la maggior parte degli ospiti sono in viaggio d'affari. Le camere sono nuove e molto pulite con 2 grandi letti King, una cucina completamente attrezzata, e una grande tavola. Il colazione è stato il migliore che abbiamo visto in tutti gli hotel americani che abbiamo visitato - con bevande, auto-prodotti waffle, pane, uova, patate, latte e yogurt frigorifero e Oatmeal con molte cose da aggiungere.

Ma non riesco a trovare un asciugacapelli nella mia stanza, dopo aver fatto una doccia....non possono chiamare sedile davanti dalle stanze, è necessario uscire con un telefono pubblico vicino all'ascensore. Il mio capello era tutto bagnato, il personale di turno notturno non era molto utile...All'inizio mi ha detto che mi dispiace che il servizio in camera è chiuso non può aiutare! gli ho chiesto di trovare uno, ha promesso di andare a trovare uno e chiamarmi. Non ha chiamato...Aspettavo dieci minuti e poi sono andato a chiamarlo di nuovo. Mi ha appena chiesto di scendere a prendere un asciugamano...

Overall, the hotel was ok. The shuttle was sent easily from the airport (I used the courtesy phone in the hotel shuttle hut). It took 5 minutes to drive there. I was preupgraded to a suite that was nice. I arrived at 1am and left at 9am so didn't really need a suite but it was actually nice and appreciated. Shower water was strong and hot. Staff was friendly Gym just ok. Dumbbells were light and no heavy wright available. I was supposed to do back day but had to switch to bicep because there wasn't enough equipment for a proper back day. Biggest problem was breakfast was not included. In lifetime titanium and very confused at the breakfast benefits at Marriotts. I stayed here because I expected free breakfast. I didn't get. I'm globalist for Hyatt too. I should've stayed at HR airport hotel because breakfast would've been included. If I paid for breakfast the stay here would've been more than HR. I skipped breakfast and will try to eat at lounge in airport
