This one of a kind home was built by a local Cal Poly Architecture Professor in the 1960's. The home sits over a creek that peacefully flows through out the property year round. The home is hidden into the hillside, and surrounded by trees. This home is ONLY accessible by staircase. From the street level, you must climb 32 steps to reach the home. From the driveway, you must climb 18 steps to reach the home. All bedrooms are upstairs, and there are no ramps or elevators to this home.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.

Perfect place
Absolutely loved staying here. Host was super helpful and kind. The place it self was massive and had plenty of space. Super clean and cozy. Loved the character the house had and all the windows. Made for all of us getting ready for a wedding perfect. Would love to come back for another weekend getaway.

Architectural treasure
Beautiful, well preserved 1960’s home. Lovely stay! Kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Great quiet location at a walkable distance to town. Would love to know more about the architect and the building of the house through a write up available to the guests.
