Residence w. Rooftop Access

Comfortable Arrived a little late to the unit, gave me apartment vibes due to several units and a shared rooftop in the building. I didn’t mind meeting new people who stayed in the building, but if you want your own privacy this may not be the place. When arrived there was No key code due to previous tenants, but I call Javier and he assist me right away to locate the key in a lock box. The place was clean and beds were cozy and comfortable. Each bedroom had two towels and two beach towels,, the one bathroom was hard sharing with 5 woman, but we managed. The Kitchen came with just microwave and stove top with pots pans and utensils, it was sufficient for quick breakfast and dinners. We stay during a power outage, but Javier communicated and updated us on everything going on. The unit had a generator which gave the unit all the power during our stay. Once the power went out for a few but again they came out and fixed the generator and communicated the whole time. For location, i think it’s close to most things but I also rented a car. Walmart, Walgreens was 5 mins away, old San Juan was 15mins la Placita 7 mins. Overall it was a great place and appreciated Javier being a great host.

Nice Apartment This was a nice 3-bedroom apartment for our family to stay at while in San Juan. It seemed to be less than a 10-minute Uber ride to everywhere we wanted to go, and the Ubers were very inexpensive. Check-in was easy; the owner gave complete instructions on how to access the keys and get into the apartment which was very helpful when you get in after midnight. We will definitely stay again if we go back to Puerto Rico.
