Imagine waking up and cannonballing straight into the pool. We can make that dream a reality! The larger room opens to and overlooks the swimming pool. This room has a closets and a king-sized bed. The guest room has a full size bed, a twin-sized bed, and a twin mattress. Our backyard has a lovely cabana to sunbathe, a BBQ, and a convenient wine bar loaded with a 75-inch TV. A 3rd bathroom located in the backyard has a shower head for rinsing off any excess pool water. The living room has a full-sized sofa bed and a 75-inch TV with Netflix. Dine and chat comfortably in a cozy dining room that fits up to 15 seated guests. The closed garage has space for up to one car, while safe street parking is also available. Our fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, microwave, cooktop, grill, mini stove, and coffee machine. We also provide pots and pans, plates and bowls, and knives and forks. The house has a central A/C as well as split units. This is a Pet friendly house. 24 hours check in, Do not worry about running out of energy or water because we have a full power generator that covers everything and a water tank reserve., Guests have free range to fully utilize every aspect of the house. The kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, laundry space, garage, closets, and backyard with BBQ, pool, cabana, and wine bar are at your full disposal. Any and all goodies stocked in the house are there for your enjoyment. The house is located in a privileged and central location in San Juan, bordering with Guaynabo.
